Amazing place to stay! The host was extremely friendly, and everything in the apartment was clean and new. The backyard is a real gem—so peaceful and relaxing, especially by the firepit. Highly recommend it!

The space consists of two bedrooms, a small hallway with a wall table and two chairs, a bathroom, and a small kitchen with a wall table and a couple of chairs. It's very tiny, with no sofa or TV area besides the bedroom. We stayed for the Tim Kerr run in Avalon, so it wasn't an issue, but I wanted to call out for anyone looking to book. We experienced a problem with the back door lock, and management responded immediately to repair it with an excellent response time. This rental was perfect for our needs. It was spotless!

The apartment was nice but was not expecting it to be an apartment, from the posting it appears it is a whole house. Also, the street flooded during the hurricane. The light in the fridge was not working. The blankets were rough.

Was a nice well kept place. The only problem we had was the fire alarm that would keep going off every time we have the oven on.... thanks again for the nice place

Hello Karen, Im happy you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry you experienced that. The smoke detector is located in the hall versus the kitchen per housing codes and upon cleaning the unit we did find there was a pan that was quite burnt which indicates that may have set the alarm off due to what was being cooked. We always encourage turning the stove exhaust on when cooking and/or opening the kitchen window. Thanks for your stay, Karen!

Perfect little condo off the beach..

This was a perfect spot to book a condo for 7 ladies! We thought it would be tight with 1 bathroom, but it was perfectly laid out. We brought an extra mirror for makeup / hair. Linens were all clean** huge thing for me. Parking is not the best if you have a larger group, but you will find something. When I reached out to host, they were prompt and polite. I would book again.

Must experience this place-- it has the love, care and attention

The love, care and attention the owners of this property has displayed in restoring this gorgeous unit is evident from the time you walk through the doors..The best part is the shared backyard where we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit act night we stayed. The property is a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The onsite property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. I will definitely be coming back. - Suzanne

Parking on the street does not mean you have a spot in front of property. You have to find parking. One night I was 3 blocks away. One night I was in front of the building. Probably my misunderstanding, but I think it could’ve been explained a little bit bit better.

Small but nice

We traveled as a family of 5 with two grandparents, my mother-in-law and my dad. My kids are all boys, 13, 10, and 7. We made it work for a weekend trip but it was tight for our group. It would have been fine if we were traveling as couples with my parents or my husband’s parents, but my dad and his mom are widowed so the sleeping arrangements were not ideal for our group, although we made it work and it was my oversight. The house was exactly as pictured and described. The place was beautifully kept and clean. The fire pit and yard were a nice bonus, and the location was blocks from great dining options and the boardwalk. There were sufficient toiletries, pillows and towels. There was a coffee machine and k-cups for us to use. We were within walking distance of Wawa to pick up milk and water bottles. The property manager lives on site which would have been convenient if we needed anything (but didn’t). He was friendly and gave us some great suggestions on dining locations. It’s a place that I would love to return to. Thanks for offering us a great place to stay for the weekend!

Nice place for a quick beach getaway

Spent a few days here while at the beach with my family before school started. Note that it's set up a bit differently from many houses; there's no "living room" area (though a TV's in the bigger bedroom), and the only indoor dining surface is a small wallside kitchen table that you can squeeze 4 people around. But there's a nice spacious backyard (shared with other units) with a bigger table, and you can also sit on the front and back porches (also shared). It took me a little bit of back and forth before I was able to get the checkin instructions, but that's probably mostly because I'm new to the VRBO booking process. We enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to come back again if we're staying in the area!
