This charming backhouse offers a private entrance and parking for added convenience, and is professionally cleaned for every stay. The sleeping area is dark and cozy with a half wall for privacy. Enjoy a large bathroom with tub, comfy sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen.

Your private apartment features a half-wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom hallway for added privacy. The bedroom area is dark and cozy, perfect for restful sleep.

The large bathroom has a full tub/shower and a spacious closet to fit several suitcases. The living area includes a comfortable couch that converts into a full sleeper sofa.

Relax with a smart TV offering free movies, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The full kitchen comes with oven, stove, full-size fridge, microwave, coffee, and oatmeal. Enjoy meals at the dining table or work at the separate desk with lamp.

Give back with your stay! A portion of proceeds go to support nonprofits as well as sponsor a child from Ecuador (Each of our units sponsors a different child).

This adorable apartment is the perfect size for a quick getaway or a peaceful oasis during a business trip. It is separate and private. A tall fence divides our backyard and Sunny Door with its private driveway, so we are essentially “neighbors.”

This apartment is a great location for Stars, Mavs, Rangers, and Cowboys games.

Cleaning is our priority! We exceed CDC recommendations using an electrostatic sprayer to sanitize all surfaces, including furniture and knobs. Separate parking and private entrance make your stay convenient and secure.

You have the entire Carriage house and two large parking spots (large trucks comfortably fit).

As much or as little as you prefer! Keyless entry, separate entrance and parking. We live on property so if you need us we are right there.
We`ll provide a listing of can`t miss places and are happy to provide any further recommendations.

We provide a small breakfast of oatmeal and coffee to get your day started.

There are bikes in the area offered by 3 companies; available to rent for your adventures. If there is anything you need, let me know.

Military and first responder discount: We are so grateful for your service and are happy to offer a 5% discount to any active military or first responder with a valid ID. The person on the ID must match the person booking and they must be the person actually staying at the property.

Several nearby grocery stores offer delivery services: Tom Thumb & Walmart are the easiest. Just create an account and schedule for after your checkin! (we take no responsibility or liability for groceries). I can send you a link for $ off!
- Please be reasonably quiet after 9pm as we live on property.
- Our backyard backs up directly to the apartment so you may hear some noise during daytime hours. Please advise if you have a need for quiet during the day and we will do our best to accomodate.
- Please NO SMOKING! This includes inside and outside Sunny Door. Please respect this rule- we live on property and will know. If cigarette butts are found or the apartment has a smoky smell you will be charged an additional fee of $150.00.
- No profanity or explicit music outside please.
- An earlier checkin may be available depending on the date, please ask if you need it!
