If it’s winter sports you love, there are 4 ski resorts within easy driving distance. Two of the resorts Otis Ridge and Bosquet are perfect for children and are budget friendly. Canterbury Farm, a cross-county ski and snow shoe area is within walking distance.
If it’s cultural events you’re interested in, Jacobs Pillow Dance Theatre is minutes away and world-renowned Tanglewood music festival and Shakespeare live theatre is less than half an hour drive.
