Freshly updated condo with new  furniture and centrally located near downtown McCall, Ponderosa Park, and Payette Lake.
You`ll get to enjoy all the amenities of Aspen Village; 2 outdoor pools, tennis court, pickleball courts and fitness center.
The condo has 2 queen beds and 1 twin.
The getaway is conveniently located right next to the aspen market and laundromat.
My wife and I try to make it up here as much as we can. Please let us know how we can help make your trip one to remember!
The getaway has two bedrooms, a loft, full kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, dressers and night stands. The loft has a twin bed and additional tv mounted to the wall for the kiddos!
The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to make home cooked meals as well as coffee maker, crock pot, and water filter.
The entrance to the condo is just a few steps from the parking lot, making unloading and loading quick and easy!

Aspen village is a quiet area near ponderosa park. Located on the property are two outdoor pools, tennis court, pickleball court and fitness center with an indoor pool, hot tub and much more. Right next to the condo is a small market open 8am to 8pm monday through saturday with all your needs. Also right next to the market is a small laundromat that is open 24/7.
To top it of there are mulitple play structures nearby for the kiddos, one right by the smaller outdoor pool close to the condo and another located at the Gold Glove Park.
During the warmer months our favorite mode of transport is by bike! From the condo you can get to anywhere you need to in only a few minutes by bike; whether it`s pondorosa state park, downtown McCall or the Marina. Walking is also an option and is only 15 minutes away from downtown!
PARKING
You may park in front of the unit. Please move your car when the snowplow comes so the parking area can be cleared.
THERMOSTATS
The main thermostat is located on the wall in the living room. There is a thermostat in each bedroom and loft; please turn all thermostats to 55 when you checkout.
GARBAGE
There are extra trash bags under the sink. Please take full trash bags to the dumpster behind Aspen Market. Please do not leave trash outside as animals will get into it.
KITCHEN & COOKING
The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep. Please hand wash all pots and pans.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11 am. Please turn all thermostats down to 55. Leave all used beds unmade and used towels in the bathtub. Leave the home picked up, load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher.
AMMENITIES
At the clubhouse there is a lap pool, hot tub, racquetball court and fitness center. In addition, there are two outdoor pools, tennis court and pickleball courts. Guests are welcome to use the clubhouse; please note that you must sign in at the front desk.
CONDO RULES
1. Only the amount of people in the reservation may be at the home at any time.
2. Pets are not allowed on the property at any time.
3. Children must always be supervised.
4. Remove shoes and boots when you enter the condo.
5. No smoking in the condo or on the property
6. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
7. After 10 pm please keep the noise down and be respectful to our neighbors.
8. Guests are liable for all damages, if you find something out of place please notify us.
