Welcome to Compass Point 310, a serene retreat nestled on the picturesque Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This charming condo offers a unique blend of relaxation and adventure, perfect for those looking to explore the natural beauty of the area.
The property boasts a private fishing pier and a convenient boat launch, catering to both amateur anglers and seasoned boating enthusiasts. For a leisurely day, unwind on the small sandy beach by the lagoon or take advantage of the outdoor BBQ area, perfect for family gatherings or a quiet dinner under the stars.
Compass Point 310 is designed with comfort in mind, featuring spacious sleeping arrangements including a king bed and two queen beds, complemented by a cozy sofa bed. The condo’s balcony offers a tranquil spot to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the stunning water views.
With beach access just down the street, you’re never far from the sun and surf. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a long-term stay, Compass Point 310 provides an ideal setting for creating unforgettable memories in Gulf Shores.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• 📣 Compass Point is excited to announce the reopening of its indoor pool on February 1!
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• Pets are not allowed.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
