The Space:

Marvelous views, access to entertaining amenities, and an incredible location mere steps away from the beach awaits at this fourth-floor, family-friendly condo! Nothing like starting your day with a steamy cup of coffee or a refreshing smoothie on the balcony, right? Take in the unforgettable beach and ocean views from your private balcony as you plan your next moves. The open floor plan of this condo makes it easy to share fun times with your family or friends. While your guests relax in the living room, either watching or streaming something on the flatscreen TV or browsing on their phones using the free WiFi to search for the most popular restaurants, you can put on the chef's apron and treat them to a savory meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. The six-person dining table is just ideal for family meals, but if you all are in a rush, the breakfast bar also has enough space for four people.



Additionally, guests will be granted access to shared amenities, including charcoal grills, a rec center, and an outdoor swimming pool.



THINGS TO KNOW

Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes.

For a quick stay it was definitely a nice property. The dryer did not heat up and a light bulb in the hallway needed replaced but it was a great location, clean and the beds were comfy . Will stay at this islands winds east again. The staff at the desk, which was Brett Robinson employee’s were very helpful and friendly too.

This condo was perfect for our occasion. Office located onsite, beachside, balcony has great sideview of beach and street. Walking distance to shops, dining and a market. Definitely our new go to spot.

Well needed get away

It was close to everything that we do. The girls could walk to the hang out and no one had to pile in a car to get anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the property. It was nice and clean. Everyone there was nice and respectable. The only thing i didn't like was they only allowed you one parking space. We needed two become we had more then one vehicle. We had to find a safe place to park the other vehicle.

Nice Condo, perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location. You can see the beach from the large balcony! The kitchen pots and pans could use some updating. The pullout sofa can’t be slept on because it’s not comfy, and there were no sheets in the rental for it. The main bedrooms are comfy with large TV’s plenty of storage, clean, and nice. I would totally stay in this condo again.

A great view!

The apartment was beautiful. You can see the beach from your balcony! Access to the beach was perfect. You can grill. The pool was great. Please bring your own cleaning products. They weren't supplied for the bathrooms. The middle bedroom didn't offer cable, but the other rooms did. They did respond immediately to any issues, we had about the property. I would stay here again!

Unit had not been cleaned when we arrived even though they text us 2 hours early saying our unit was ready to check in. Had to have the cleaners come back and clean the unit.

Neat well furnished 3 bed condo in gulf side building

Island winds east 411 is well furnished and maintained, as well as stocked nicely for a family looking for a 3 bedroom condo on the gulf side of gulf shores. It does not have a direct gulf view but can be slightly seen from the side. The process with working through Vacasa rentals was literally painless and when we had an issue they responded immediately. This was the easiest rental we ever had.

At check in we found some food pieces at the base of the kitchen cabinets in the corners. Looked like cracker crumbs. We swept that floor. Also, there were no wash clothes in the bathrooms. We purchased a few.

Nice Short Stay

We stayed just for a short weekend and it was perfect for that. The location is great and the unit is nice and easily accessible. A few things: the cleanliness of the unit was a facade - it could use a deep scrub and especially the floors and cabinets. Paint - Ummm...Yes, please! A little paint could go a long way in the unit. Some updates to bathrooms would be beneficial as well. They've updated some furniture and creates a nice homey space...just could use some TLC in some areas. Oh, and watch the entry door- it's super loose and when the wind is high (is it ever not blowing?), it comes right through the area around the door (needs a seal or some tightening). Check in/out was super easy, parking pass was easy, etc. Would stay again with just a couple of modifications.

Great Shrimp Fest Location! Closest to main beach on west side.

Nice side balcony - 4th Floor - ocean view with high chairs and tables. Lots of windows/light. Front bedroom has views of main beach. Large TV - great for football games watching. Kitchen well stocked. Living room couch/chairs a bit worn - need replacing. While it was booked through VRBO - it is managed by Vacasa (which brought Meyer - local Gulf Shores Company) and customer service is located in OR. Communication is through the App. No one local to talk with if questions. Too many fees with 3 involved - Owner/VRBO/Vacasa plus taxes of course.

Our stay

It’s listed to have a fitness center to find out it does not . Called about it the woman also said it says it has one was supposed to contact us back . Never heard anything . We all wanted a place with fitness big disappointment. No bedding for pull out couch . No extra bedding what do ever ! Got some brought up next day . The cords were not there for all dvd players . But everything else we were pleased with .

We found rental on vrbo. Pictures made condo look spotless
like brand new!!!!CONS:After entering the condo we found several things that we felt the condo was not clean or exactly what we thought we were staying in
..that was an immediate turn off. Then we saw the air filter

.it was terrible, completely disgusting. Lighting situation in the condo is terrible
.It’ lamps or you sit in the dark. It appeared as if some updates are being made (sanded walls and dust from sanding left everywhere). Several decorative pieces were rusting which made me believe they had gotten wet or water damage happened to condo..We also felt we were mislead about description of ocean view, you can see the beach from side of building but not sit on your balcony and just watch the beauty of the beach and sand. Small pool area, we tried to do pool several days but that was not an option with all that were staying at pool instead of going to beach. The day before checkout we were given a late check out notice(2pm)so we took advantage of that but unfortunately it was not conveyed to housekeeping/janitors bc they busted in the room a little after 10 am The shower in master bath doesn’t drain well- was weird standing in nasty water while trying to shave legs or wash hair. We had a issue with WIFI but the correct WiFi was given in a timely manner!PROS:Centrally locatedParking was great never had an issue finding somewhere to park.Access to beach was perfect

Good location, but not very clean.

This place is a perfect location for all the fun things and places to see. We were extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. Our floors were absolutely disgusting and filled with dirt. Silverware was put back into drawers dirty and not cleaned. Kitchen items like pans and amenities were either rusted or missing. We also had stained sheets that we had to rewash. And to top it all off our washer and dryer sounded like it was about to blow up. We had to do laundry when nobody was sleeping because it was a nusiance. And of course y’all already know the parking sucks, because it’s a warning right after booking (how convenient). We had a three bedroom and one parking pass. We needed to park down the street and walk, even though half of the time the spaces were available.

Not what it seems

To begin with within five minutes of us, arriving and me needing to speak to someone in the office about another parking pass the lady was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. She was very hateful and not helpful at all. It was never stated on Vrbo or in any Vacasa emails that we were only allowed one vehicle. My son, daughter-in-law and grandkids were staying with us and they had their own vehicle and the rude lady in the office would not allow us to get another parking pass when there were at least 25 parking spaces available. The email I received about the Wi-Fi stated no password was required but yes, there was a password and it took us over 24 hours to get the password after my son got on the phone with Vacasa. The countertops were not wiped off prior to us arriving. There was popcorn in one of the bedrooms on the floor, where it had not been swept the washing machine lid was broken. It would not stay down. This place was very disappointing and I will never stay again, especially for the amount of money we spent on renting this place.
