The space

This newly renovated one-bedroom apartment is just 1 min walking distance from the beach and is located in the famous area called ¨South of Fifth¨. The condo is literally just a few steps from all nightlife, the best restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

The condo offers complimentary FIBER-WiFi, which is likely the fastest WiFi you can get.

The condo is located on the top floor and corner of the building, so enjoy a beautiful view while having your meetings.
Guest access
Keyless entry! There are digital locks for both the front entrance to the building as well as the door to the condo. This way, you do not have to deal with any keys on your vacation.

FAMOUS PARK
Approximately 30 seconds walking distance from the building, you have the infamous Marjorie Stoneman Douglas Beach Park which is a beautiful park that features a shaded playground, open green spaces, beach access & outdoor showers, restrooms, etc.

PARKING
FREE shared parking space. Parking spaces 2 and 3 are shared within the building and many times available, so feel free to park there at any time.

Otherwise, you have multiple parking garages and lots are located just walking distance from the condo. There is also street parking right in front of the building where you can easily pay with a mobile app

EARLY ARRIVALS
I know how frustrating it could be to arrive early on your arrival day but not be able to check into your room and at the same time carry plenty of luggage. Therefore, I have implemented a couple of strategies that could potentially assist you:

1. If you know you will arrive early, let me know! I might be able to help you check in earlier based on previous check-in/check-outs.

2. To the very least, if I know you will arrive early, I will do my best to expedite the cleaning and make sure the condo is organized and ready for you as fast as possible.

3. If I can't check in earlier, here are a couple of spots that can store your luggage for only $6 for 24h:

That way, you can enjoy the surrounding area without carrying all of your luggage at least. There is a Starbucks around the corner of the property and plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy
