This ocean front condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment has been completely renovated and features 1 new king bed and frame, 1 full-size sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, full size fridge, microwave, cooktop, kitchen sink, private bathroom with a tub/shower and pedestal sink, as well as an oceanfront balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 8th floor of the Tides Building, guests will enjoy a nicely updated condo with an oceanfront balcony and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.

As of Spring 2022, this condo has been nicely updated! New laminate vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout, and fresh paint was applied to the walls. Brand new kitchen cabinets were installed, along with a full size fridge and custom backsplash! All new furniture was installed, including a luxury sofa, coffee table, mattress and bed frame, headboard, TV stand, coffee bar, wall art, and so much more.

This unit features a full size fridge / freezer to keep food and drinks cold. The cabinets are stocked with all basic cookware and cooking utensils and there is also a microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, and toaster. Everything you need to cook a meal or a small snack will be easy to do right from the room! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates do reflect this!
