Flip Flop Inn is a luxury home that’s tucked away on a peaceful and quiet street in the city of Homles Beach. This Mediterranean-style townhouse is perfect for families that want to enjoy their Anna Maria Island vacation in style. The main level entrance is bright and airy, giving a great first impression. That impression only improves when you walk upstairs to the main floor and dining area. There you’ll find a inviting kitchen, fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and even some extras. Blender, toaster, coffee pot/Keurig, and a crockpot to name a few. This level also includes the following sleeping arrangements, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 4 twins beds as bunk beds With 4 TV’s and cable/WiFi on this floor there’s plenty of space to lounge and enjoy.
One the next level you’ll find the primary bedroom. A suite with a king bed, 43’ flat-screen TV, and a lounging area complete with sofa. Just off the bedroom you’ll find and extra room with a futon and TV, providing extra sleeping space. This Holmes Beach home was recently upgraded with new amenities, beds, paint, and furniture.
Just outside you’ll find a private, heated pool as well as other amenities to be enjoyed. A shaded poolside lounge, grill, outdoor wet bar, and a mini fridge. For “game time” there’s even a Pop-o-Shot game, as well as beach equipment. Make use of that beach equipment, as the beach is only one and a half-blocks away some of the island’s best beaches. This home is also walkable to the HB Tennis Courts, HB Skate Park, Pickleball courts, basketball courts and Keyes Marina.
