Egret's Landing - Une maison avec piscine privée à quelques minutes de la plage!

Le confort à l'atterrissage de Egret est magnifique. La maison est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, comme une cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, téléviseur HD à écran plat, WIFI gratuit, etc. Une chambre est équipée d'un lit king, deux autres ont chacun un lit queen et 2 salles de bain complètes. Si les enfants préfèrent, ils peuvent profiter des lits superposés pour jouer dans la salle de bonus. Ce charmant bungalow est une courte distance de marche des célèbres plages de sable blanc de Anna Maria Island. Un chariot de plage, des chaises et des serviettes de plage sont fournis. Pour les autres activités hop sur le Trolley Island gratuit qui vous monte et descend l'île. Proche de tout: boutiques, restaurants et bars.

I like to keep the place clean and there were no cleaning items in the home not even a ragBeen on island for 20 years and had never experienced that beforePool was dirty most the time and the equipment was not long enough to enable us to clean it ourselves. Air conditioning was good, I did not lower it as low as they said we could. Overall the place was great, beds comfortable and location great

Excellent clean space

We lived our stay here. Very clean spacious area. Great location for getting around the island. We will be back

For the most part the house and location was great! The kids loved the pool, especially the sun deck area. My three year old spent most of his time playing there since he doesn’t love swimming quite yet. My only critique of the place is how dirty the pool was. They do have someone come to clean it once a week but it would have been nice if there was a vacuum or something that stayed in the pool or that we could have put in for a couple hours to help with the debris. That being said, the whole family still had a blast and we loved the location and the beach we were closest to. We also appreciated the beach chairs, canopy, and wagon that were at the house! Would definitely book again!

Unfortunately, you stayed during storm season, and it rains a little most days which put small leaves in the pool. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the villa and it's amenities. Wonderful rental

Pool was great for little and older folks. Rental company was responsive to all our questions. We will definitely try to book this place again in the future.

Great location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and the layout of the home is great, it’s very spacious. We loved the pool but there had been a lot of rain related to tropical storm so there were many mosquitoes, so we couldn’t enjoy as much as we would have liked. There were floats and chairs for the pool and we rented chairs to take to the beach. The kitchen was nice but missing items such as a cookie sheet and hand mixer. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Nice home and nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Egret’s Landing but needs a few things to make it great. The pillows were all flat in every bedroom except for one pillow.There weren’t a lot of beach accessories. No beach umbrella and no pool accessories. The floors were also dirty with crumbs from previous guests and grout was stained from spills as well as in front of stove. Other than those things we had a nice stay. Would come back if those issues get addressed.

When we arrived, the code to the door lock had arrived by email. The door opened revealing a spotless home with modern furnishing and new appliances. The pool and pool deck were inviting, and clean with comfortable chairs and an excellent outside table with four comfortable bench seats and an umbrella. We found but never used their beach wagon or umbrella. There were 7 beach chairs. Air conditioning was easy to control. Hot water was plentiful and the showers comfortable and roomy. Beds were comfortable, the appliances foolproof and the refrigerator roomy with a water and ice dispenser on the door. The landscaping had recovered from the hurricanes offering an attractive green wall between properties. We were never bothered by noise from the adjoining condo or the street. There was parking off the road for 3 or 4 cars. The large TVs were Vizios. I think, with the pool and hard pool deck, a few more non-breakable plates and glasses would reduce the dishwashing frequency. We found everything just about perfect and would like to rent it next year.

Beautiful.....but

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home much better in person then the pictures. There was apparently an ant infestation at the home. So many the corner of the wall was covered black full of ant. The manager didn't this this was an issue even with us not being able to sleep in the room cause ants were falling from the celing. Eventually sent someone out but with 1 day left the ants were still apart of our stay. Had to beg and threaten for a partial refund and was told it wa not something they agreed with but gave it anyways.

Sorry Melanie, but your comment is not correct, and it is not fair.-We were notified Friday evening at 10.45pm that there were ants. Saturday morning first thing we did was to organise a pest control company to come out. Our normal vendors were not available so we organised an emergeny company out of Tampa. They came by after 2pm and were treating the home. This is Florida, and it can happen anywhere and anytime. We said we would give a partial refund but would need to check back with the owner. It's not fait to say you had to threaten. We now somehow regret we did that partial refund. No mention from Melanie that we gave them an early check-in, and that they apparently had seven or eight people in the house instead of six which is against the local law. Just be fair, Melanie, just fair.

Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental has large open rooms with lots of light, nicely updated kitchen, and bathrooms. The beds were great, except for the bunks. I highly recommend the owners buy actual mattresses for the bunkbeds to be used for people bigger than three years old. The couch 100% needs to be replaced. Every cushion and spring was out of place on this couch. I literally did not sit on it the entire trip. My children did however. . Everything else was pretty great! Absolutely loved the pool. House was walking distance to the beach, which was very convenient. Pool toys and cart could also use an upgrade as well as the chairs. I understand that things in the salty air rust quickly, but these chairs were several seasons old. Extra trash bags and a couple extra dish pods/laundry pods would be great for people traveling by air and don’t have room to pack that kind of stuff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Kitchen could have used a few more baking pans and utensils but we made do. Great pool with a tiny pool deck with an area afternoon sun (in February). Had an issue with the hot water heater but the management company did a great job working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Would definitely rent this usit and use this company again.

Very nice place.

We traveled to Florida for a wedding. Property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Just off the main drag. Traffic on the island gets a little busy at times. We definitely will rent this location again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: when we arrive we thought there was a creature on the couch it was a black hairy ball. Some one have cleaned out the vacuum and left the ball of hair on the couch. the grill was broken someone had to come out for 45 to fix the grill. The vents in the bathrooms were filthy . The beach chair were dirty and thrown in a pile. We found a dirty poopy diaper tied to the beach chair. The pool had leaves floating in it. The pool person came unannounced and scared my older mom . It was not worth the money. I felt take advantage of. I will not be returning.

Cute but needs attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is adorable and a great location! But- it’s needing some updates and TLC. New sheets and towels are desperately needed. The mattress in the master is needing to be replaced. When we arrived the house was super dark-even with lights turned on. The light in the ceiling fan in the living room was non working, even after maintenance coming and replacing bulbs. (They replaced the fan and a faulty wall switch to fix, though). The master bedroom’s ceiling fan lights were all burned out, as well as one of the other bedroom’s lights and lamps. (Maintenance also repaired while we were there). The a/c was not keeping up, so my husband checked the filter. Almost an inch of dust on it. (Maintenance came and brought new filter). Propane tank was empty we discovered when beginning to grill our first meal. (Maintenance came and traded out the next day). The pool was nice, but the pool area was messy when we arrived. Busted pool floats and leaves all over the deck. We appreciated the maintenance guys coming to fix everything, but it was disappointing to have them in and out so many times because of repairs that we shouldn’t have had to deal with on vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time as a family on Anna Maria Island! The house was great, beds were very comfortable and the house was overall clean. The walls in the bunk area could use a cleaning and the guest bedroom with the king bed could use a new fitted sheet. The Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. It was really nice to have beach chairs, a beach wagon! Our kids loved the pool and it was really nice to be able to see them swimming from the kitchen and living room.

Spotless and comfortable!

We loved our vacation at Isle Haven A! So much space for a family of five- so well stocked, so clean, and so comfortable! The location was fabulous- a minute walk to the beach, Bunny’s fabulous Italian food right around the corner, and just a short ride to the attractions all over the island.
