Getting Around:
Getting around Cadillac is a breeze with various convenient transportation options. Most residents and visitors rely on cars, with easy access via M-115 & US-131, and car rental services are available for those without their own vehicles. The Cadillac/Wexford Transit Authority (WexExpress) offers affordable bus services covering key destinations. For eco-conscious travelers, biking is encouraged, with bike-friendly routes like the Heritage Nature Trail and White Pine Trail, and bike rentals are accessible. Taxis and ride-sharing services like Lyft are also available. Book with confidence at this property, as they offer a risk-free cancellation policy allowing you to cancel up to 1 day before check-in for a full refund. However, local residents must obtain prior authorization before booking to maintain property integrity and ensure safety.
To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions.
Property is pet friendly (breed restrictions may apply). Prior approval is required and pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. Dogs must be potty trained. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor: fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
Kayaks can be used between hours of 8AM-7pm from May 10-Nov 1 and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.
Long Term Rentals (30 days or more) may require a security deposit.
Enjoy our complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets, where applicable. Please note that any extra supplies desired beyond the starter kit are the responsibility of the guests.
