Property was clean and near things in the area. The only complaint we had is that the beds were not comfortable, however we were presently surprised to see one set of the bunk beds had been separated.
Itâs listed as a lake house and the only view you get is of a busy road off the front porch . The road has a lot of construction going on too. There isnât any nice views of the lake or mountains at this property . There are no lamps inside except one that wouldnât work and My kids like to sleep With lamps or some sort of light on . I did text the property manager once and she did respond quickly .The property is very clean except some shoes and gardening gloves that were left in the laundry room . The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware . The side of the house has some sort of construction going on with some dangerous objects that children could get hurt on . Itâs got some Metal and other things that could hurt a small child if they play around there. The front yard is big . Two of closets are Locked and one of the closets is unusable , The one closet able to put clothes in is in the master bedroom . We only stayed Two nights and didnât need much storage but if you stay a while you may need more space for clothes . The beds are very comfortable. Food city is only a few miles away for any grocery needs .
Grill was nasty. The chairs around fire pit were broken. I will go again next year. These were small items but It is a very comfortable house. Decorated nice.
This was the perfect place to stay for our trip. We had a wedding to attend in Dandridge and it was 5 minutes away from us. Quick and easy drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It had such a homey feel to it. We even got to see the gopher that lives on the property! My only suggestion would be for towel hooks in the bathroom and a few more mirrors or a full length mirror for getting dressed (and that was just being nit picky). If we ever go back to Tennessee, I would definitely stay here again. Vanessa was great to work with and even made accommodations for us that were greatly appreciated!
My overall impression of this property is it's need for more convivences. There were 4 adults in my group. 2 of 3 of the bedroom closets were locked. Not all guests are able to hang clothes or unpack suitcases. A table and chairs are not provided for dining or game activities. The bar provides an overhang for 2 to 3 stools. The house is very clean and the property manager easy to reach. The coffee service is very nice.
Location is on a busy main road. Very hard to locate in the dark. Did not appear to have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Views out of the back was of another less than tidy property. Views out the front were of business. Definitely not a mountain view nor was it pleasing to the eye. Over all I probably would not rent this property again.
The communication process was awesome all my questions were answered very promptly and accurately. We did experience a very substantial water leak under the kitchen sink, but Vanessa was quick in getting the issue resolved. Thank you so much Vanessa!!! The property is very clean and very well taking care of. I would not hesitate to stay again if I were back in the area fishing or even on vacation with the family the area is gorgeous
Everything went smooth was really easy to use was contacted the week before we left with all the information I needed and had no issues. The family really enjoyed the house and wished we could have stayed longer
The home was absolutely stunning and in a great location! The owner was very easy to get ahold of and answered very quickly! Most definitely would recommend staying here!
