LIVING ROOM: we have designed a nice living room area with plush comfortable couches, 43" flat screen smart TV, soft lighting and ceiling fans for cool fresh air where you and your loved ones can gather.

BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and tub hook up with a large showerhead for great showers and baths. Toilet, vanity and mirror all make this an easy place to get ready at.

Laundry Area: The 24 Hour laundry area is only a few steps away from the apartment. Located right by the apartment door we have a 24 hour coin operated community washer and dryer available for use.

NEIGHBORHOOD: This is one of the best places to be and call home while away from home. Not only is the energy in the apartment great but the area itself has all the amenities you can think of. Some of the best places to eat are all within a 3-6 mins walk from the apartment. And the area has many convenient stores and quality food shops as well. The Kimmel Center theater is only 3 blocks away and all historical points are within walking distance.

HOSPITALS NEARBY:
**Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is literally down the street a 3 min walk.
**Penn Medicine is also only a few blocks away and takes only 5 mins to walk there.
**Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is 12 mins away by car.
**Temple University Hospital is 4.6 miles away and you can take the subway right to the hospital from here.

You can park free overnight with no restrictions, there are daily restrictions of two hour parking. You can also obtain a 30 days guest parking pass for $30 which gives you unrestricted parking in the area. There are also parking lots all around us.

The subway and metro station are also nearby. We have the Patco line that takes you into Camden NJ and other New Jersey points of interest only 2 blocks away. The Market Frankford Line and The Orange Broad Street Line are also only a few blocks away and take you to all Philadelphia points of interest. You can also walk everywhere conveniently from this location. It's a great safe area and full of things to do.

You have private access to the apartment.
Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It a metal unit that runs across the wall lower part. There is a knob on each right turns it higher. After a bit it gets very warm in there.
