This one-bedroom villa features an ensuite bathroom with a king-sized bed, providing the perfect spot for a restful night's sleep. With two full bathrooms, there's plenty of space for a couple or a group of up to four guests to relax and unwind. The open, bright living area includes a queen sofa bed (new cool gel memory foam mattress) for additional sleeping space and a cozy atmosphere, tastefully decorated to reflect the seasons. It is perfect for relaxing evenings, complete with a cozy fireplace.

***The semi-private outdoor pool will be open May 24 thru Labor Day.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Due to owners' allergies, cats are NOT allowed on the property at any time. ONE DOG IS PERMITTED. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine. Damage caused by a pet or failure to follow GTA pet policies will also incure a fine. A medium size doggy bed, 2 pet bowls, a couch cover, and a few toys are provided in the property for your furry friend.
2. No parties or large gatherings!
3. No smoking or vaping on the townhome premises!
4. This townhome sleeps four and uses keyless entry.
5. You must be 21 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. We do not allow third party bookings.
6. We are unable to issue refunds for weather, sickness, or similar circumstances that are beyond our control. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance if you desire a refund for these situations.
7. This townhome has interior and exterior stairs. It is set nicely away from the parking lot, giving it plenty of privacy, but you will need to be able to navigate stairs.
