This condo is our second VRBO listing. Have a look at our first one (www.vrbo.com/2166147) and you’ll see we take pride in our condos. Our goal is to provide you and your family an experience while you are our guest at our properties. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus as we have keypad lock on the front door.
It's a beautiful first floor beach-themed home located right on Crescent Beach in NMB. We completely renovated it with comfortable touches that will transport you right into vacation mode. As soon as you walk through our front door, you will notice the patio furniture for lounging in the breezy ocean air blowing off the Atlantic. We have thought of just about everything for a week at the beach and included it so you can pack light. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and nice boogie boards...we got them! All you'll need is your sunscreen.
Our newly remodeled and updated oceanfront condo features a private patio, fully appointed kitchen, granite countertops and full-size washer and dryer in the unit. It also features a newly remodeled bathroom in the second bedroom.
The unique, first floor location ensures you will not get any closer to the ocean than right here. And you are so close to Bert's Surf Shop, Azalea Sands and Barefoot Landing golf, Midtown Bistro, and Johnny D's Waffles and Benedicts, not to mention excellent shopping at the Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing - there are so many fabulous restaurants in the near vicinity, and the nightlife right down on Main St in NMB.
This condo will truly feel like a home away-from-home right on the beach. *Now Available* Check out our third condo: (www.vrbo.com/3474102) Snowbird Rates Available November–March. We had a great time! The place is just as described and was beautiful. The location on the beach is amazing and makes it that much better. Also the location to all the cool restaurants and entertainment is a big plus. I would definitely be staying again and look forward to it.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was perfect, and the extra beach chairs were a lifesaver since we were short one. All the extras are so thoughtful and appreciated.The communication throughout our stay was excellent, and the view was even better than pictured!We also loved the convenient parking location, which made it easy to come and go, and having no stairs to navigate on the way to the beach was a huge bonus. The outdoor shower and rinse-off area were incredibly helpful after spending time in the sand.Every detail made our weekend enjoyable, and we truly didn't want to leave. We hope to return for many more stays in the future. Thank you for providing the perfect place for our beach getaway!

We loved the close access to the beach. All the extra things such as beach chairs, towels, cooler, made being able to enjoy the beach fully. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including extras to help with any meals you may cook.The beds are comfortable; place is beautiful and clean. Pamela is an excellent host and responds back quickly with any questions you may have. The only issue we had was the air conditioner in the master bedroom with king bed that did not function. The fan above is very quiet & provided the comfort we needed when it was too warm. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our four day getaway at your beautiful condo. It was decorated very nice and was so clean. We loved how short a walk it was to the beach. Also loved that it was close to many nice restaurants. Just a short drive to Broadway on the Beach. Would definitely stay again.

We love to travel and have always kept in mind what appeals to us and brought it into the décor when we remodeled our properties, in order to provide an experience when you are our guest.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location, location, location!
A breath of fresh ocean air might be medicinal, who doesn’t love the beach? The ocean breeze and morning fill our patio with relaxing vibes that will soothe your mind, body and spirit and will force you to unplug. The condo is in a smaller building, (only 18 units total) so it is very easy to get from car to condo, and then condo to the beach. No stair cases, no elevators necessary. We have a wonderful wash down station as you enter and exit the beach, there is a newly renovated pool area right outside the condo and steps from our front door. It is located on a very quiet area of Crescent Beach where the streets are well lit, and the sidewalks line the street. We are walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have thought of everything you might need for a stay at the beach... 4 Beach chairs, umbrellas, even two boogie boards for wave and body surfing. We have a cooler for the beach and one on the patio for keeping your drinks ice cold, and you won't have to pack it or buy one when you stay with us. We supply each guest with a beach towel as well. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus in both of our properties, as we have keypad door locks on the front doors. Our TV's are all new and all smart TV's so you can watch our Netflix, or cable. We also have a terrific dedicated cleaning team, and our maintenance help is so responsive to our calls for assistance.
