Be ready for immaculate views and stunning sunsets! This home is down the street from Ski Granby Ranch, with winter skiing and summer golfing. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain Park entrance are just a 30 minute drive away.

This home will be impressive from the time you walk in with the large windows and huge deck both on the upper and lower levels. The home boasts incredible overlooks of the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Continental Divide. There is a large kitchen with granite countertops, real hardwood floors, dual ovens, 2 fireplaces and a wet bar in the basement. Oh and did we mention the private hot tub?!
Our Main floor offers our living, dining, and kitchen area (no stairs required to access). Our dining table features seating for 8 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Step outside onto our upper level back deck for 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and enjoy nature gazing from our patio table! There is also a gas grill for your use on this deck area. Also on this level is our master suite with king size bed and attached en-suite bath with shower and soaking tub. As well as an entry room with storage for your ski clothes, and another full bath.
Upon entering our basement level you will find another huge family room with 80" TV, plenty of seating on the sofa's, a game table, and gas fireplace. Step outside the door and enjoy your private hot tub after a long day of skiing, or just enjoy the views from the expansive deck area! We have three more bedrooms on this lower level- a queen with ensuite bath, and a bunk room with full over full over bunks and queen bedroom with shared hall bath.
Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to create wonderful meals for all your guests. There is a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range and stove. We have included all the things that we find valuable in a home kitchen and have tried to have it available in our mountain home. We are fully stocked with pots, pans, baking supplies, utensils, dish ware and cutlery!
Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD cable TV. We also offer high speed internet with WiFi connection. You will need to bring a laptop or other device with you to access the internet.
We have an outdoor hot tub on the back deck with easy access, no need to trample through ice and snow! It is so wonderful to sit in the hot tub after a day spent in the outdoors and enjoy the stars.
General Amenities: All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
We also have a heated garage with plenty of room for your ski equipment and mountain bikes, as well as a new large capacity front loading washer and dryer for your use.

- 5 minute drive to Ski Granby Resort Parking Lot (where entrance, the Ranch House, and
the various seasonally-available dining options are located).
- Hiking and Biking Trails accessible outside the property.
- 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch Golf Course
- 8 minute drive to Grand Elk Golf Course
- A Disc Golf Course is available during the Summer via chairlift access via day lift passes.
- Lift-accessed downhill mountain biking and cross-country trails available. (Requires
signed liability waiver and either a day pass or lift ticket purchase)
- 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and the Kawuneeche Visitor Center in Rocky Mountain
National Park
- 30 minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort
- 20 minute drive to Hot Sulphur Springs
- 20 minute drive to Lake Granby
- 5 minute drive to City Market (Groceries), McDonalds, & Subway
- 5 minute drive to town of Granby

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 4 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 12 other homes in the same neighborhood!
