With beautiful views of Lone Peak Mountain and the invaluable location of ski-in/ski-out, you don't want to miss this beautifully decorated condo! The Shoshone Condominium is conveniently located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village. Sitting at the base of iconic Lone Peak, the Shoshone is Ski-in/Ski-out and less than 100 yards from the main Big Sky ticket window, retail, restaurants and grocery store. Shoshone's fitness center is complimentary, and includes an exercise room, heated outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, and is adjacent to the Yellowstone Conference Center and Huntley Lodge and restaurant.

This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a King Master Bedroom, Murphy Bed in the living area. The open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area allows for everyone to spread out and socialize. The kitchen, with a dining table that seats 6, is open but has everything you need to cook breakfast before heading out for a day of adventure!

In the winter, Big Sky Resort offers “The Biggest Skiing in America” for experts, kids, and everyone in between with 5,800 skiable acres, 4,350 feet vertical drop, and average annual snowfall of 400+ inches. It's not just downhill that is superb, cross-country skiers are invited to the historic Lone Mountain Ranch, voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America with over 85 kilometers of groomed trails through the wilderness. There are endless other winter activities including Yellowstone National Park, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dogsledding, ice fishing or a relaxing day at the spa.

In the summer, you are just minutes from exceptional fly fishing, river rafting, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ziplining and more. Plus, the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park is only about 45 minutes away while following the historic HWY 191 along the scenic Gallatin River. Spacious and very well located - short walk to ski area. Quite and good views. Easy to bring car to front and staff excellent on helping unload etc. Car park close by.

Great location, easy walk to lifts and ski valet. Very comfortable unit and very comfortable bed. Great views from this corner unit. Easy access to restaurants including in the building (great breakfasts). Really don’t need a car.

The property and amenities were wonderful, and the staff helped through questions. The entire location was top notch with relaxing indoor hot tub leading to outdoor pool and then further wind down in a dry sauna. Arrival was very easy. It could have been a bit clearer that we were able to go directly to the actual room at the "check-in" time. The front desk let us know and pointed us in that direction, it just felt a bit uncomfortable trying to figure things out when we arrived, but everyone was kind and helpful.

The management company made the process easy - they were very responsive to our questions. We were disappointed, however, to learn upon arrival that we did not have access to the resort laundry facility - even though laundry detergent was listed in the starter kit.

The views !

This is one of the best VRBOs / hotels I have ever been to. The views were beyond amazing, and the whole hotel was spectacular ( the hot tub, the location, the cookies and hot chocolate at 4, the ease of check in and check out, everything ). additional bonus : You get free ski valet at the mountain, which saved us carrying the skis back and forth. Tip: do not try to find the parking on your own. Ask the valet staff at the hotel entrance. There is a sign in front of the hotel that says "for parking drive 2 miles then turn right". I got lost trying to find the parking , only to find out next day that the sign says "drive .2 miles". Almost impossible to see the decimal point at night or in snow. If am ever back to Big sky, I will look for this exact condo again.

Great location. Not great service.

Could not beat the location. The views from the condo were fantastic. The property manager followed up fairly quickly but did not result in fixes. The shower head in the master bathroom squealed and whistled to the point the shower was the least thing from relaxing. When the ‘service tech’ finally showed up 3 days into the visit he said - looks like this needs a plumber and that was it. Also on the last day the door code stopped working without warning and when I tried to text the contact it was undeliverable. And I won’t even get into the parking permit situation.
