This peaceful, centrally located two-bedroom home is just 15 miles from Boone and Banner Elk and close to lots of outdoor adventures like Otter Falls, Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zipline, and Linville Caverns, Inc. When you're not out enjoying a good hot weather hike or some white water rafting with friends, kick back in the spacious living room to stream your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV above the gas fireplace. You'll love the open concept shared between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and the furnished deck makes for a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of evening wine. The kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you need to prepare delicious meals for everyone to enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for four. When its time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite baths to enjoy, the primary bedroom with deck access and the guest room with a flatscreen TV. This home is very close to the entrance of the Grandfather Mountain Profile Trail and to Grandfather Vineyard & Winery.
