Fully stocked cabin that has a newer kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, and a powerful gas heater for the ultimate cozy stay. Comfortable foam mattresses with organic cotton beddings, darkening curtains and blinds if you like to sleep in. Fan in the bedroom and glass slider leading to the spacious and private backyard. String lights and a hot tub with color changing LED lights set the romantic ambiance. Stars gaze and relaxxx. You can really let go and feel at home here.

We're an outdoorsy family that fell in love with Big Bear during the pandemic. We spend most of our weekends here doing all the fun things. We ski/snowboard/tube in the wintertime, kayak in the summer, and hike and bike in between. Love cooking outside on our grill, sipping on organic wines, and stargaze from the hot tub. Our cabin is where we getaway from the urban hustle to relax, unwind, and connect with each other. It's a very special place for us. Our philosophy is to be kind and treat others how you want to be treated.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love that our home is situated between two empty lots with a fully fenced in yard. We get a lot of privacy and peace and quiet here yet conveniently located a few blocks to the Big Bear Convention Center, where they host the Farmer's Market, Octoberfest, and many fun local events! We're also walking distance away from some of our favorite restaurants, cafe, and the famous Pickle Pie shop, We're one block off of the main Big Bear Boulevard yet it feels like we're a cabin in the woods.

Big bear is a wonderful charming town that slow down the hands of time. There is so much to do that you will never get bored. We're centrally located to everything: The slopes, lake, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, the airport, and hiking trails.

5 mins drive to the Vons Shopping Center with Starbucks, Petsmart, two large supermarkets, CVS, a Smoothie Factory, postal shop, and more!

~ 10 mins drive to Snow Summit Ski Resort!
~ 13 mins drive to Bear Mountain Resort!
~ 15 mins drive to the Village, the downtown area.

We are closeby everything, Big Bear is a very small town, with laidback small town vibes. Folks who live here are friendly and helpful. Our neighbors are a mix between full time residence and vacation home owners, like us.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We updated all of the appliances, installed a tankless water heater so there is always hot water on demand. We put in a gas fireplace that is controllable via a remote. We have a 55" FireTv that you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc from. Everything is modern and high tech but still has that cozy cabin vibes.

We have washer/dryer machine as well as these Wellness touches:

Reverse Osmosis filtered drinking water (taste better than tap!)
Aquasana shower filter (clean chlorine-free bathing water)
Aromatherapy diffuser in bedroom
Air purifier in bedroom
Humidifier in bedroom
We do NOT use any Glade or plug in scents!!! We don't like artificial scents, as we know this can irritating to some guests. Our laundry detergent is free and clear by ALL.
