This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers plenty of space for relaxation and productivity, with smart TVs in every bedroom, kitchen with cooking essentials and dishwasher, and a large-capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. Centrally located, you’ll have easy access to everything—just a couple of blocks from a large park featuring a picnic area, basketball court, playground, and a creek, plus a swimming pool (currently closed). Shopping and dining are only 5 minutes away, with Walmart, grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants nearby. The home is also conveniently located near Dallas and the city’s top attractions.

No hot water

We asked for early check in but denied so we arrived late after thanksgiving dinner. The house had a distinct unclean order upon entering the property. The hot water heater was busted & dirty water was sitting in the drain pan. The pots in the kitchen were rusty, & unusable. It was freezing cold & no blankets available. The white bath towels were thin, flimsy and unclean with embedded dirt. No garbage can was provided . This house was not ready for use upon arrival. We Contacted the owner who had the water heater replaced the next day and did send bedding and pot set, however when asked about a partial refund for our inconvenience. The house is not in nice neighborhood and front lawn is nothing but weeds. Would Definitely not recommend staying
