LOCATION
Located directly on exclusive Gull Lake , less then a 15 min drive to the adorable town of Minden.

The cottages are in a calm bay with eastern sunrise views. They are built directly on the water below a spectacular cliff. Exploring up top offers amazing views.
The lake bottom is soft and it is deep enough at the dock for jumping off. There is also great fishing to be enjoyed with an abundance large and small mouth bass, trout and walleye.

Enjoy golf, a farmers market, the famous Kawartha dairy, Boshkung brewery or many of the great and unique dining options available near by. The lake also has a brand restaurant directly on the water openning July 1st 2022 by the team behind the famous Rockcliffe.

MAIN COTTAGE
Featuring cathedral ceilings in every room and designer furniture and decor throughout.

Enjoy a fully outfitted open concept kitchen, equipped with top of the line professional Kitchenaid gas range / electric oven, Jennair 36” French door fridge / freezer and a portable cottage friendly dishwasher.
Every gadget / appliance you could ask for including: Professional line Vitamix, Stand Mixer (multiple attachments), Sous Vide, Ice crusher, waffle maker, juice press, vac pac, manual crank pasta maker, various dough, bread and baking accessories, multiple coffee prep options, professional pots and pans, including cast iron and non stick options, Henkel knives… the list goes on and on..

Small breakfast bar off kitchen offers amazing views.

Screened in porch features an 8 ft banquet live edge table, Restoration hardware seating for 8 and a small sitting area to enjoy coffee in the morning or a fancy cocktail in the evening.

Top of the line mattresses, pillows and linens throughout.
Master bedroom has views from all windows and features a luxury pillow top king mattress and 55” Qled tv.
Second bedroom features a designer queen day bed with luxurious queen mattress.
BONUS LOFT above living room has 2 twin beds currently set up as a king but can be separated for different sleeping arrangements.

Living room has a super comfy GUS sectional and lounge chair. It alsoi has a 65” Sony smart tv, suitcase record player and a variety of records for your enjoyment.

Brand new bathroom features 11ft tall custom rainfall shower for maximum relaxation.

Front closet equipped with portable washer for added convenience. Clothes line for drying off back door.
There is a propane Napoleon bbq and a charcoal insert grill just outside the door for all your grilling needs.

GUEST COTTAGE
The original 1950’s cabin features a cathedral ceiling and 2 small open air cottage style bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed.

Kitchenette is well appointed and features a full sized fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, blender, coffee maker and kettle.

A small gym in the living area is outfitted with a treadmill, TRX, resistance cables and bands, chin up bar, barbell with weight plates, free weights, yoga mat and ball.

The large screened in porch features dining for 6 and a small private half bath.
There is a rustic outdoor shower with hot water just off the screened in porch (open to the lake) great for rinsing off after a sauna or a swim.

***Wifi and satellite tv in main cottage only for 2022*** however there is good reception throughout the property

OUTSIDE
The docks and decks are outfitted with multiple seating options including:

Sun chairs, sofa, picnic table and more.
A paddle board, paddle boat, large yellow floating mat, peacock floater and pool noodles also available for use
