Welcome to this eclectic new build townhome will have you staring at the skyline for hours on end! With plenty of high end upgrades found throughout the home you will have plenty of space to spend with family and friends for any occasion or even just a quick getaway!
Besides the numerous amenities you are in prime location to plenty of Dallas's main attractions!
The space
This newly constructed 4story townhome has many upgrades that you will love but besides the interior touches and amazing views you are also close to all of the areas Dallas has to offer some of them including:

-3 min from Downtown Dallas
-5-7 min from Uptown Dallas
-5-7 min from American Airlines Center
-8 min from Deep Ellum
-8 min from Dallas Zoo

Being a 4 story unit we'd like to touch base on what you will find throughout your stay.
1st floor - you will find the first bedroom equipped with a queen bed and en suite bathroom

2nd floor- The entertainment space, here you will find the living area, spacious kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen island has plenty of barstools where you and friends can enjoy hanging around while cooking or enjoying some refreshments. Kitchen is supplied with silverware, plate ware and utensils just to name a few. The living area is furnished with abstract but at the same time comfortable couches where you can enjoy watching TV or looking out at the Dallas views from the multiple windows surrounding the space.

3rd floor- Two additional bedrooms that both include their own en-suite bathroom and closets.

4th floor- Rooftop Patio - if the weather permits you will be hanging out here for the majority of your stay guaranteed! Views like nowhere else you are able to catch the panoramic view of the Dallas skyline! With an outdoor dining table, patio set with a fire pit, and TV you can enjoy the beautiful weather and views Texas has to offer!

The propane for the fire pit is responsibility of the guest to refill day of arrival if they would like to use it during the duration of their stay. We can have it filled for you the day of your arrival for a fee of $75 just be sure to mention it to host well beforehand so we can make arrangements.

Great location for conference center

Great place. Rooftop is awesome. Showers are great. Half mile from conference center. Sparse furniture, but adequate.

Wouldn’t book again

This is a big house that seems like a newer build. However, there are minimal amenities, especially in the kitchen. The kitchen has the bare minimum, there’s not much to use for cooking or entertaining. The oven doesn’t work. The rooftop looks so cool in the pictures however, there were no lightbulbs in the string lights or no other outdoor lighting that worked. That was very disappointing! The bathrooms are all missing hand soap, but there is body wash and shampoo in the shower. Be careful with the front door lock, it was faulty and didn’t lock properly. Communication was very slow with management. The house has potential, but I would pass next time.

This property was great! A quick walk to the convention center and a quick drive anywhere else! Would definitely stay here again!

No thanks!

The ceiling fan on the first floor bedroom did not work. The oven did not work, HUGE damper in our stay, we planned on having it. No cooking utensils, no iron, no hairdryer. Rooftop patio door didn’t close completely and lock. Only half the lights worked, some broke. Baseboards and toilet paper handles were so dusty. Not somewhere I would rent again. Overly priced for such poor service.

A tad disappointed

We were happy with the inside of the property. Lots of stairs, however it was comfortable. Was a bit disgusted with the overly stained carpet in the bedrooms but managed to ignore it. Sadly, I chose this property because of the picture perfect outdoor patio that I was planning to use with my group, however, with all the broken lights it made visibility dangerously limited so we could not use it. I addressed the issue to the contact who came to replace the bulbs (all but two were out or broken). She came, but came with the wrong replacement bulbs and said someone would be coming to replace them but never did, which was disappointing. Not only were we unable to enjoy the outdoor loft/patio, we also had to leave a full tank of propane that we purchased for the fire pit, which we could not even use. Had the amenities worked as they should, I imagine our experience would have been pleasantly different. Communication between our contact was difficult. Some days we would receive no answer to our question(s) and other times when we did, it was extremely delayed. Hope the experience for the next guest is different.

Amazing Townhouse with spectacular view!

The place was perfect. Spotless, spacious, and had all needed amenities. 100% recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came back to Dallas. Just outside city so no noise but 5 minute trip and you’re in the city.

Stressful

Trying to reach property management or manager. Was very hard. Still haven’t responded to the issues that happen at the home. I never knit pick. But. Issue. When they Happen need to be dealt with and I stayed at over 20 properties. Just let it be known communication and taking. Ownership of the issues is a must. Not satisfied

Cool Vibe, Good Location

I would have loved to give this property 5 stars but there are some things that they need to work out. It is super cool space but a lack of attention to detail. The views are to DIE for! The mural is super cute, the location cant be beat if you want to feel safe, staying in a cool downtown location. Upon checking in we went to cook a meal and could not figure out the oven.... There is NO "book" on site to help you with these little things that need expaining. (it is not a normal stove/oven) Once we got it figured out realized we had NO hotpads. Went to half bath to use a hand towel....NO handtowels! Upon looking we had no extra TP except one half used one that appeared to have been wet at some point (ewww), no drinking glasses, just 3 differnt sized wine glasses and coffee mugs. I did contact the property manager and she came and brought all the missing items promptely which was wonderful, However when I reached out to let her know of the things that needed attention I got no response. The carpets in the bedroom are awful and need to be cleaned at minimum but probably replaced. The pots and pans were not cleaned well and several areas of the kitchen had stuck on old food. Weeds and trash in the cute courtyard, half the bulbs in the lights out on the patio were out, no hanging bar in the lower bedroom to hang up clothes in closet, and so on. The property sleeps 8 yet doesnt have seating for 8 and the seating that is there is very uncomfortable even though fits the style of the decor they are going for.
