Located in the heart of Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau Le Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. A short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our private beach.
Step onto the cool tiled floor of this spacious, ground floor, bright, open-concept condo, and you'll feel yourself beginning to unwind. The bright, white kitchen features a breakfast bar and everything you need to create memorable vacation meals for the family. The Master Bedroom features King-sized bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and a walk-in tiled shower.
The Guest Bedroom contains two queen-sized beds wall-mounted flat-screen television. A second full bathroom is conveniently located with access to the common areas. A utility room off of the back porch has a full-sized washer and dryer, making it easier to leave the sand at the beach. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
Enjoy grilling out on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas after a fun day exploring or taking a relaxing stroll to local restaurants. Everything you need is nearby and Destin offers so many different recreational activities.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
 
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
