Just steps to the beach (12 Houses!). We are 5 bed 2 full and 2 half baths, great front porch with ocean breezes and the sound of the waves crashing! In the back there is a table for 10 and grill, perfect for family and friends to gather. Huge dining and living area on the first floor and 2 king bedrooms on 2 and a queen, 2 twins and a full/twin bunk on 3- making it great to gather or grab some alone time.

This home is 1/2 of a large Victorian - we do not rent the other side, we use it as a second home so we can help you if you need us but we want you to enjoy your stay and have your privacy. We provide beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas and 6 beach badges for your use. We have another listing on this site #567205 with only 5 star reviews so we are experienced owners who enjoy giving our guests a fantastic experience!

Perfect Shore Stay!

This house is the perfect stay for a shore weekend. Such adorable outdoor spaces to hang out, only one block from the beach, multiple floors and bathrooms! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beach weekend!!

Great Location in Well Kept Property

The house is in excellent condition and has plenty of room for our extended family. Great location close to the beach and shops. Host was very friendly and lives next door. Beach chairs and wagon were a plus. Overall a great experience.

It was perfect. It was in close proximity to another house rented by other family members and local to the gathering destination for a family event. Great and easy location for us to walk along the boardwalk and beach.

Wedding weekend

We had a terrific stay at this property. Our host was extremely communicative and helpful. Everything about the house was just as listed. It was a perfect place for our extended family to stay for our sons wedding weekend in Spring Lake. Highly recommend.

Relaxing at the Beach

Our family enjoyed a relaxing week less than 2 blocks to the beach in Ocean Grove. The house is large with a lovely front porch. The owner responded quickly when contacted. We are returning next year!

Easy and relaxing

We had a great time! Great size for 7 adults and 1 baby. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, good distribution of bathrooms, enough dishes and kitchen supplies, and the location was perfect. Julie communicated really well and helped us out by stocking some baby gear. Hope to come back again sometime!

Family wedding

Family stayed to attend a wedding in Asbury Park. The listing accurately reflects the property. Everything was clean and in working order. Had little ones and they enjoyed the playground right around the corner. Would recommend.

Family Christmas

What a delightful home! Our family of 9, with occasional drop-in local family members, felt very comfortable in this roomy residence. In spite of poor weather we were able to take advantage of long walks on the nearby boardwalk, and also visit some of the local restaurants. Julie made the whole process very easy, and even evoked the season with a beautiful poinsettia plant on the dining room table. We will surely come again.

The rental is spacious and very accommodating for 10 adults. This rental is very close to the beach. We were not on the beach much as it was cooler weather. There are two showers, and the hot water in the second-floor hallway bathroom was not working correctly.

Perfect house for our family vacation

Our family of 7 truly enjoyed our stay at Julie’s home for two weeks at the end of the summer. Only 1 block from the beach, it was a quick walk to the ocean and we loved sitting on the front porch feeling the ocean breezes. Aside from time on the beach we loved spending time walking in the area to charming Ocean Grove, along the boardwalk and to neighboring towns where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The house is perfect - decorated tastefully, immaculately clean, all the amenities we could ask for, comfortable beds, and everything in good working order. Julie is very communicative and helpful, so if we had any questions she was available and friendly. We highly recommend this house!

Spacious and Bright

This VRBO rental was exactly what we needed for our week long get away to the beach of Ocean Grove. The living/common area is very spacious and the bedrooms provide enough space for unpacking and to feel comfortable in the space. The entire home is bright, clean, with minimal decorations which allows you to feel less stressed and more time to relax. This home is located within quick/easy walking distance to Ocean Grove’s Main Street which has ice cream, boutiques, restaurants, small grocery store, and the beautiful park and church. Having a beach wagon was a bonus to pack all of our beach essentials and walk over struggle free to enjoy a day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this home. Thank you for an easy experience!

Great Jersey Shore experience

This is but house with plenty of sleeping space for a couple families or a large group of friends. The front porch is lovely with a nice swing and lots of pillows. It’s three stories which was fine for us, just be prepared for walking up and down stairs. The owner provides plenty of beach chairs and a wagon, which is great because it’s just a block to the beach. If driving, you may want to being a good frying pan as some of the cookware is worn. Only suggestion is with the kitchen. Bring any spices, paper towels, and foil/wrap you may need as the pantry items are slim. Great communication with the owner and we even got lucky and were able to check in early. Would definitely book again!

Excellent property in a beautiful location

This is an incredible property for a group! We were thrilled with the short walk to the beach and local amenities. The house was clean and spacious and offered plenty of room for our family to spend time together. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas available for our trips to the beach. We are looking forward to our stay here again in the future!

Nice historic property near the beach.

Nice historic house with some updates right near the beach. Very comfortable stay for our party of 4 adults. We enjoyed the front porch where you can enjoy drinks looking at the boardwalk. Got the ocean breeze on the porch and open windows. We had everything we needed and enjoyed all the amenities close by. Would recommend to anyone.
