Casa Palxocotl with Private Pool and Pickleball Court for large groups.

This newly built 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath home with pool and private court is very private due to its high perimeter walls. The terraces encompasses 2 grills; a gas grill and the other charcoal custom built for frying fish. The pickleball / soccer court can also accommodate small wedding events and/or birthday parties. The pool is big; It has a 48-inch-wide waterfall, it even has an area for children and another area with hammocks and/or loungers for tanning. There is secure gated parking. Wheelchair accesible.

Esta casa recién construida de 4 dormitorios y 5,5 baños con piscina y patio privado es muy privada debido a sus altos muros perimetrales. Las terrazas cuentan con 2 asadores; un asador de gas y el otra de carbón hecha a medida para sarandear pescado. La cancha de pickleball/fútbol también puede albergar pequeños eventos de bodas y/o fiestas de cumpleaños. 50th birthday celebration

Our stay here was amazing!! Everything we needed and the house cleaner was spectacular! A perfect combination of relaxing by the pool and touring Bucerias, Sayulita, and San Pancho.

We had a great stay at this property in February. Both Andy and Armando were very responsive to inquiries. We had arranged through the hosts to have groceries delivered and a chef for two nights which worked out perfectly. We were a group of 10 who fully enjoyed the pool and the daily pickleball games. The house was located in a traditional Mexican neighbourhood and was about a 20 minute walk to the beach. The only recommendation I have is to add loungers (as shown in the pictures) so that you can suntan comfortably. We had to lay on the cement on towels which was not very comfortable. There are a number of patio chairs for outdoor seating and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful oasis in the heart of Bucerias

Our group of eight had a fantastic time at Andy's property. We couldn't have asked for better communication or a better place to stay. The pool, the pickleball, the outdoor kitchen was AMAZING and we enjoyed it immensely! Would highly recommend and plan to return soon. Thank you Andy, for everything!

Great Family Xmas Trip

The home was beautiful and accommodating with a well stocked kitchen. It was in a great location where you can go to the beach or stay in your own private Pool Compound without worrying about anything else. It was clean and very refreshing. We were able to go drive to other places as this home was central to many other beaches and markets. We had a great private time!

Beautiful Property & Great Week

The property was beautiful and the neighborhood was just what I had hoped for. Andy did an amazing job taking care of us and even with a few hiccups through the week Andy was all over it. Andy mentioned that he is continuing to improve the property which will make it even more desirable. We can't wait to visit again.

Amazing vacation home, great for large family gatherings!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home with my family. The description of the property was spot-on, and walking through the door was like stepping into my own private oasis. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing pool – it was so refreshing to take a dip after a long day at the beach, which was just a short walk away. The home is incredibly spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy some downtime. We especially appreciated the large kitchen and dining area, which had everything we needed to cook our own meals and enjoy them together as a family. Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay near the beach. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Pickleball and so much more

What a great place to stay. We were 4 couples, all 60-ish, and spent hours each day alternating between the pickleball court and the beautiful swimming pool, which was great for cooling down and also for pool volleyball. The outdoor eating areas were another great highlight. The bedrooms were all generously sized, with lots of closet space. The kitchen is just okay, as it is small and not that well-provisioned yet, but I suspect the latter will be improved soon, as the owner had not been made aware of this yet and indicated he would remedy this. The location is okay, being in a residential neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are some roosters in the area, but earplugs definitely help with this, and we’re all still planning to come back and stay here again (despite the roosters). All in all, we had a thoroughly great time at this place, and it would be well-suited for larger groups as well.
