Location, location, location! Only 2mins drive from the airport, 15mins to Georgetown, 1min from gas station and 10mins to the award winning golf course at Sandals Resort, recognized as one of the most scenic ocean-side courses in the world.

You can find Casa Mary at the end of the cul-de-sac in Sandy Lane off the main road, where your kids are safe to play outside any time of the day. With its majestic wooden fence and Coconut Trees that welcomes you to your secluded private piece of paradise.

This beautiful property has 4 bedrooms(master suite, junior suite, queen bed suite and bunk bed room) with 3 1/2 bath in the main house (the queen bed suite and bunk bed room share a bathroom), and a 1/1 Honeymoon suite bungalow style equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The house has central AC and each bedroom and bungalow has its own AC split unit. There are also 4 smart TVs 50"+ including a 75" in the living room. Complementary ultra fast high speed internet, HD Cable TV with many channels and also Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV, etc.

The kitchen has a big island where everyone can gather around. It's fully equipped with all the cooking gadgets, gas stove, wine fridge and the best perk is the ice maker, yes ice maker! you will thank me later once you see the price of ice bags.

The laundry room is equipped with not one but two washers and two dryers, and an extra refrigerator for your water bottles and beers.

What can I tell you about the views?
From the moment you walk up to the front porch you will be hypnotized by the turquoise water on the other side of the glass. Walking out to the deck you see the infinity pool overlooking the white sand beach and gorgeous water. Also, sitting on top of the beach is the breezy gazebo, perfect to enjoy your coffee in the morning, a glass of wine or just some quality time and conversation.
Did I mention quality time? How about awesome time, sitting in the Hot Tub looking at the ocean, or kayaking or paddle boarding to Duck Cay, this beautiful island right in front of you( 30 minute ride on a kayak). All of this while dad and uncle grill some burgers in the outdoor kitchen. The patio area is perfect for Alfresco dining with an ultra long table that sits up to 12 people.
And don't forget about the fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying a glass of wine at night.

For the more active kids and adults, how about a game of basketball? Yes, we also have a basketball hoop in the front yard, and a sand court to play badminton, sand volleyball and even soccer. For those family game nights, we have many board games including dominoes, monopoly and poker for those that mastered the poker-face.

Casa Mary has everything you can think of, from a baby crib to a generator. Floaties, life jackets, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, balls, you name it, we have it.

Side note: Casa Mary has outside surveillance system for security when the property is not occupied. System is turn off before the guests arrive. Guests have access to the on/off button at all times.
