Renting the property gives you exclusive access to both homes—Sunset Beach Hideaway —as we do not rent them separately.

Looking for a picturesque setting? We host photo shoots and wedding ceremonies for up to 20 people (no receptions). Receptions can be held next door at the Elks Club. A signed contract and additional fees apply—please inquire for details.

For those bringing a boat, a mooring buoy and floating dock are available.  There is also dock access for a small flats boat.  Experience the charm of these authentic conch houses and the beauty of the Florida Bay.
