Large open space for family and split floor plan with master bedroom on one side of the house.

Bedrooms' configurations:
5 beds total. All beds are equipped with 12 inches of memory foam mattresses(medium-firm) for a comfy sleep after a day in the parks or work. We also provide Pack-n-Play for your little one, and it's FREE of charge! Please let us know if you need it in advance.

Master Bedroom: 1 King (Dreamcloud Luxury Hybrid) with 1 in-suite full Bathroom + Dresser + 2 Nightstands
2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen(Nectar) + 2 Nightstands
3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen(Nectar) + 1 Nightstand
4th Bedroom: 2 Full(Nectar) + Dresser + 1 Nightstand

The 2nd Bathroom is shared and the 0.5 pool bathroom is near the laundry room which has easy access from the pool area or outdoor kitchen/ dining area.

The Living Room features a 2-piece comfy genuine leather reclining set + 70-inch Smart TV with soundbar system + Xbox console with controller

The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker + a 4-slice toaster + icemaker. Also provides sponges, dish soap, silverware, glassware, cookware, dinnerware, knife set, cutting boards, kitchen towels, and a kitchen waste trash can with liners.

The laundry room includes a washer and dryer set with detergent pods provided.

This house also features a water softener system.

The backyard includes a saltwater pool(not heated) and a lounging area plus an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a 4.4 cu. ft. Mini Fridge and dining area. There are also various plants and fruit trees (Avocado, Mango, Starfruit, Peach, Papaya, Loquat, Banana, and Sugarcane). Please enjoy these complimentary seasonal fruits if they are ready during your stay.

General: High-speed internet WIFI, Smart TVs, bed sheets, linens, towels, iron, hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, plates, silverware, glassware, BBQ Gas grill, central AC, and washer and dryer inside.

This house has a parking capacity of 6 cars and overnight street parking is allowed. No RVs or Trailers at the home.

Guest access
The entire house is yours, including the fenced-in backyard and private swimming pool.

Great house for a family vacation:
No parties or events allowed
No loud noise or music after 10:00 PM
No pets
No smoking inside the house and the designated smoking area is in the backyard(Ashtray provided).
No open flames/No candles
No extra guests

Please DO NOT leave the bath/hand/wash towels on the floor or use them as bathroom mats which destroys the towels. We want our guests to feel at home and provide high-quality towels to our guests. We do not reuse the "floor towels" for our guests since these "floor" towels are damaged. Please be kind to these towels and help us protect our environment and the planet. For each damaged/destroyed towel, there is a $25 charge.

There is a swimming pool at the house. PLEASE be careful if you have kids in your group. DO NOT leave kids unattended in the pool area, not even a second. Please keep doors and gates closed and locked. DO NOT leave kids under 18 alone in the pool area.

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.

DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity.

We have motion-activated security cameras/a smart doorbell on the exterior of the house. The front door and part of the driveway. If the cameras are shut off, blocked, or covered, we reserve the right to enter the property to check the number of guests along with charging a $100 fee. We will confirm with our ISP that there is not an outage first.

We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and FedEx does deliver to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guests might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.

Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
One kitchen sponge
Coffee in the little can is on the house with 2 filters, any additional coffee/filter will be the responsibility of the guest.
2 sets of laundry pods and detergent
2 trash bags for each trash can

In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
We have provided shampoo, body wash, and hand soap dispensers in each bathroom, we will make sure the dispenser is full when you check-in, no refill is provided.
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen

The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also household cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
