Relax away at our Beautiful Hernando Beach House located with a DIRECT view down to the Gulf of Mexico. Better yet, bring your boat and drive it down within minutes. You can rent kayaks, jet skis, canoes, paddle boarding, or boats and spend the day out in the water with unlimited fun.Want to enjoy the water from just the backyard, no problem!

This house has exterior surveillance and two cameras in the sunroom and laundry room facing the entry points of the house.
The space
Unwind in our newly remodelled 3 bed 2 bath paradise. Along with this enjoy your very own private bathroom. There are 3 4K TVs in our 2000 square ft house . Just punch in your Netflix account and spend your time snuggling up and watching movies. Whip up a quick meal in our fully stocked kitchen. We also have a washer and dryer on site. Don't worry about parking because we can fit up to 5 cars in our driveway. Have an Electric car? No problem! We have an electric car fast charging outlet, Just bring your own charger!

THE INSIDE
Our spacious master bedroom has a split AC so you can cool the room to your desired temperature. This room features two large bean bag chairs as well as a LG 55 Inch 4K TV and a private attached bathroom. The yellow room includes a bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses and a night stand. This warm and cozy room is great for kids. The teal shark room has a queen bed and an office desk perfect for those who have work while on vacation . It also has a Pioneer 43 Inch amazon smart 4K TV. The living room has a comfy couch and LG 55 Inch 4K TV with a view out to the back yard. This house comes with a 6 seater dining table perfect to enjoy breakfast with ample natural sunlight through our large windows. The kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, a toaster, a blender, and even a bartender kit for you to put your drink making skills to the test. Lastly, the sunroom/ hallway is a memorable place in our house. The full length of the wall is filled with large panel sized windows that illuminate the whole house.
Other things to note
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the dolphins comfortably from the gazebo. With just a few steps, you can access the dock and catch an assortment of snook, king fish, mackerel, and crab. Sit back and watch as the skies turn crimson as the sun sets. The house is designed to take tons of pictures so take advantage of that! We have a large variety of places to eat in our cozy town ranging from a quick bite to fine dining. Check out the Silver Dolphin, Gator Dockside, Brian’s Place, and Upper Deck, some of our favourites. Wrap up the night with multiple award-winning Papa Clyde’s ice cream just a couple minutes away.

HOUSE RULES
Quiet time after 10PM. Please do not disturb the neighbors. Parties/events are not allowed. If you throw a party/event, it will be an automatic termination of your reservation and you will be asked to leaver.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay. There is a fee of $20/guest after the first 10 guests.
Tampering with the Wi-Fi, or security devices will result in a cancellation of your stay without refund.
There is a $50 fee for late check-out. The cleaning crew is paid by the hour and they get there at 10 o'clock. If they are waiting for you, we have to pay them for their time.
You understand that violating any of the house rules will result in an immediate termination of your stay.
If you smoke (outside only) please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash can outside. Do not bring them inside and put them in the garbage. If you smoke inside, there is a charge of $100-$300, assessed.
You are welcome and encouraged to cook. But if you cook something, or do anything that leaves such a strong odor that the cleaning crew must address it, you will be charged a additional cleaning fee of $100. If it is so much and strong that even after extra cleaning, the next guests are affected, then a case will be opened with Airbnb to address.
Maximum of 2 pets only. Please pick up after your pets! If they leave a deposit, please pick it up and dispose of it properly. If you leave pet urine or feces uncleaned, there will be an additional charge of $30 for cleaning (inside) or we have to charge for the pooper scoopers to come out (outside). If any item or part of the house/yard is damaged by your pet, an additional fee will be charged to you depending on the amount of repair/item to be replaced.
If there is an excessive use of linens and laundry that is not consistent with the number of guests and length of stay, there will be an additional laundry fee of $50. I.e. one night stay for two guests and all the towels, linens and comforters are dirtied.
If any item or part of the house/yard is found to be littered that would require additional cleaning, there will be an additional cleaning charge of between $30-$1000 assessed, depending on the amount of cleaning that needs to be done.
