Welcome to Sand Dunes resort, where the beach is steps away, there's several pools, and this condo is as comfortable and stylish as they come! This unit is one of the only condos that has a dinette area to enjoy meals with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, so it's highly sought after and rare! This resort has everything: a heated pool, a children's pool, a fitness area, a game room, and a hot tub! There's also a private beach access so that you can spend your days on the beach sunbathing, shelling, beachcombing, swimming, surfing, and anything else you can think of!


Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows with a magnificent view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The tropical decor and colors everywhere truly make you feel like you're on a beach getaway! Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a King-size bed and a lovely en suite bathroom, complete with a walk in shower.

Awesome Location and Views of Sunrise

Great Location right on the ocean. Being able to get up and walk to the living room for the sunrise each day was the highlight of the trip for us.

Nice place for a couple!

The location of this condo is great. The bed was comfortable and had a great walk in shower. The only negative is there is no door to separate the bedroom, so be aware if you are a light sleeper!

This was the perfect long weekend getaway. It was clean and the view was absolutely perfect. There is no oven though, so don’t buy anything frozen to cook lol We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. The view of the beach from the balcony was my favorite. Enjoyed a cup of coffee watching the sunrise every morning. Location is great. Close to everything fun but not overly busy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. They even had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys to use! We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

I stayed here from November thru December on a travel assignment for work. I loved everything about this place. The view was amazing. The location was perfect and I always felt safe. The whole building was clean and this room was perfect for me. If I had any issues at all or questions vacasa was always on top of it and only a text away I loved that about it also. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for anyone and would stay here again and again.

Home away from home

Unit 2630 was a perfect home base for a family with two teenagers. We made breakfast and dinner in our room everyday. We were close enough to attractions, shopping, and dinning to enjoy a day out and still be able to come back to our room, or get our vehicle. Our view overlooking the beach rocked. Loved hearing the waves, and seeing the sunrise every morning. Any negative reviews that you read are just haters.

Small Gem

Small gem, easy access to hotel amenities. Amazing view hard to get out to because the sliding glass door is extremely difficult to open. Smaller than appears but efficient. The two pools available were crowded. I would stay here again if the door was fixed.

"B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!"

The ocean views from the living room, dining room, and balcony were very P-A-N-O-R-A-M-I-C...the bed was one of T-H-E most comfortable we have slept"in...the home" was V-E-R-Y clean and neatly organized...the location was excellent. It was hard leaving something as B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L as "2630"!!

Crashing waves

This is what you will hear the entire time you are in this cheerfully painted unit on the beach. Sit on the balcony with your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise, enjoy the breeze, and the sound of the ocean just yards away. Great restaurants (Blueberries, Crave, Fire and Smoke, Bimini’s) just a short drive away or a walk if you’re feeling ambitious. Plenty of golf or other activities nearby. Downtown Myrtle Beach about a 10 minute drive. I’ve stayed in this location a few times and always regret having to leave. Highly recommend.

I stayed one day and left for another resort. This resort was outdated, DIRTY, dirty bed, furniture had stains all over it overall terrible experience to the point I left after one day and paid for another resort!

Our birthday weekend

Only complaints are the parking is tight and coming in late from out on the town on our last night, parking was full and had to go to the other lot that was further and more of an inconvenience. Also more clear instructions on how to get to the room upon arrival would be great especially if having to park in the garage that’s further away. The glass door was also very hard to open and close. My husband had to clean some of the track off for easier access. Overall the place was clean and perfect for just is two. Would possibly visit again in the future.

Wonderful Beach View

This was a perfect spot for me and my husband to stay. It was right on the beach and the balcony had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was pretty easy to check in and find our way around. There’s a laundry and a convenience store, pizza and ice cream right on the property, which was very helpful. If I was going to make any suggestions, it would be to provide more than one kitchen towel and more than one extra trash bag. Also some basic condiments such as salt and pepper and cooking spray. It is a lot smaller than the pictures portrayed, which was fine for me and my husband, but if there was a second couple, it would’ve been too crowded. It would be fine for two adults and two small children. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Short getaway for 2

The building was extremely clean and bright. The beach was excellent. The condo was very beachy and the perfect size for 2. The view from the balcony was amazing. Parking was never an issue for us. I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the sliding door to the balcony. It literally took 2 people to open it. I contacted the owner and was told the local crew was made aware of it. When messaging with the management company it sounded like someone was coming out soon to look at it. They asked if it was ok to enter if we weren’t there. We gave permission but nobody ever came.

Front desk

The people working at the front desk or not helpful and would not communicate with me Because I would not book with them directly. Also, I did not like being misled regarding the lazy river. And actually, I ran into two other couples who had the same problem I did regarding the lazy river. Your brochure shows this huge river, blah blah blah it’s beautiful but in reality we got a kitty pool. Didn’t use!

4th of July stay

The unit overall was just as pictured, very nice, clean, great views.. The grounds can be frustrating to deal with at times. The pool is very small and extremely over crowded (that's not including wknds), there is NO swimming with the amount of people in such a small area. The elevators were constantly in & out of service, at times a line going into the lobby waiting for the only one working. The parking deck fills up so if you go out for dinner then most likely you'll have to park on the street when returning. Some staff members always have that look that they hate their job and any problems guests may have is a inconvenience to their day( not all, some were very helpful) The pros: Located on northern part of Myrtle so less crowded and congested, you can safely walk through surrounding neighborhoods ( if you're on S ocean dr. I would not recommend walking around at night) on property is a nice coffee bar, restaurant and bar, pizzeria and convenience stores. Overall was positive and the grounds issues wouldn't keep me from returning.

Wonderful location

For us our winter getaway is about the weather and proximity to the beach. We hit in both targets. The view from the balcony is awesome. As an added bonus Vacasa was awesome to deal with. Very professional with prompt and regular communication. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the units proximity to the elevator making it a little noisy at times. We would definitely consider renting again and would most definitely rent from Vacasa.

MILLION $$ VIEW

The property was SPACIOUS & CLEAN, we absolutely LOVED the location because we walked to several restaurants and had DELICIOUS food every time… we had a car but didn’t need it… the 1st thing my husband said when we walked in the door was “Look at that Million Dollar View”… we are already planning our next trip back…😃

Beautiful place

The condo was beautifully kept . Really clean and cozy . A big plus was the room was right on the beach . Beautiful sunsets and set on the balcony and watched the dolphins swim by ! Will definitely go back ! Loved it !
