Maison moderne récemment rénovée avec les meilleures vues de tout Brigantine. La cuisine améliorée comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, un comptoir en quartz, une cuisinière à induction et un centre de boissons. Le salon à aire ouverte dispose de 4 grandes portes coulissantes en verre chacune avec une vue imprenable. Chaque chambre est sa propre suite, avec salle de bain complète et terrasse. Ceci est la dernière propriété du côté plage de Ocean Ave. offrant des vues spectaculaires sur toute la plage et la promenade d'Atlantic City et les toits du casino. La chambre principale a une terrasse privée au troisième étage et une grande douche à l'italienne, toutes deux avec une vue imprenable sur la plage.

BelleVista in October

Our stay at Belle Vista in October went perfectly. The house is magnificent, and the location couldn't be better. It has very easy access to the beach and is central to some top-quality birding locations. the Island is very peaceful in late October, but enough restaurants remained opened to provide good choices. Of all the homes I've rented through VRBO, Jen the owner was the best (so far!).

Beautiful House and Amazing Location

This may have been the best rental house we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and the pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful and has everything you could need. There is beach access right beside the house. The location could not be better! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to come back. Jennifer was the most attentive host and answered any questions we had almost immediately. You will not regret staying here.

Best View in Brigantine!

This outstanding property is at the end of a quiet street with a nearly 180 degree unobstructed view of the beach. You get a great sense of privacy when out on either the top or bottom level deck due to the placement of the house and the natural surroundings. The deck furnishings are clean and high quality. The kitchen appliances are all top notch and the dishes, glassware and cookware are all plentiful, matching (!) and first rate. The owner has also provided extras you rarely, if ever, see in vacation rentals like a spice rack, condiments and even kitchen trash bags. We especially appreciated the Tommy Bahama beach chairs (there’s a chair provided for the max rental number!) as well as a beach umbrella and even a beach table! If you like cool technology touches, you’ll find that here too in the interior lighting, phone chargers and the electric fireplace. There’s also comfortable seating in the main living area as well as each bedroom. Equally important, the owners are very responsive and accommodating, and the house is clean and well maintained. In summary, we’ve rented a lot of beach houses in the last 30+ years, and this is by far the best!

Summer Beach Retreat

The Casino Beach House was actually better than advertised...This house has everything you could possibly need. Excellent views of beach & AC from the expansive decks. Definitely recommend for adult only families!!

Great open floor plan for families

My wife and I stayed in December 2021 and wanted to host a few covid-safe family gatherings. Jen's place was the perfect location. Large open floor plan on the second floor but plenty of private sitting areas for private conversations. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bath, which made it easy for some family members to stay the night. Jen was a terrific host, was accessible by text with quick and helpful responses. We appreciated her adjusting her schedule so we could add one extra day to our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few blocks from Acme Markets which has everything you need without having to leave the island to shop. A great home, a great host, a great neighborhood. We'd love to stay again.

Great Beach House and Host

We had a terrific Thanksgiving. The views of the beach are spectacular. The hosts were responsive and gracious. The rooms clean and well-organized. Just remember to bring your own sheets and towels.

Perfect in every way

We had an outstanding one week stay at this beautiful property. The house was spotless, beautiful, incredibly well stocked and had amazing views of the ocean. Communication with Jen was excellent, she was always so responsive and such a pleasure to deal with. This was our first trip to Brigantine and certainly not our last. Thanks a ton Jen for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful house.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property in Bringatine is perfect. Jen had the inside spotless upon check in, the location is amazing, great privacy on the many decks overlooking the ocean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs/tags for the visitors. Our family will be booking another week soon!

This vacation home is perfect in every way. From the amazing ocean front view, to the bright and spacious interior, this home has every creature comfort you might need. Beautiful beach house!

Our family had a fantastic time at this wonderful beach house! The house was absolutely beautiful, as were the views of the ocean and Atlantic City skyline. The master bedroom deck was a perfect spot for watching the sun rise, and the second floor was filled with windows which provided great views and tons of sunlight. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean, there were lots of games to play, and the beach chairs and beach toys were perfect for some fun on the beach. Jen is a very gracious host who genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay. We would love to visit again sometime!

Christmas in brigantine

Jen and her family were amazing!! She spoiled us by putting up a Christmas tree for us. She really put us in the holiday spirit after a tough year. The views and house are beautiful and extremely clean. We absolutely cannot say enough good things. We look forward to another stay at the casino beach house!

Perfect getaway!

Since we couldn't do a big Thanksgiving gathering this year, we decided to get away as a family and celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach. This house was everything we needed and more! The kitchen is large and fully stocked with cookware, serving dishes, tupperware, etc. It's easily the cleanest & most well-equipped kitchen I've ever had in a vacation rental. But the biggest difference between this and any other vacation rental is the host, Jen. She really goes above and beyond. For example, Jen knew we were planning to prepare a Thanksgiving meal at the house, so she sent photos of the contents of the kitchen drawers and cabinets ahead of time so we knew exactly what we could expect to have. It made it so easy to plan and avoid over-packing (for once!) At one point, I asked if the house had martini glasses and Jen told us it didn't (which was no big deal - it was a random question from my mom). But then during our stay, Jen dropped off some new martini glasses for the house. It was so thoughtful and just very clear that guest comfort is the top priority. Between the incredible host, the beautiful views, and being able to walk right onto the beach, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our time away. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Get-away

We loved our stay at Casino Beach House. Jen and Tom are wonderful owners who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The unit is clean and beautifully appointed and the views are spectacular. Great beach for walking! Would definitely recommend.

Well-appointed house with great location

My family and another family friends stayed here and we had a great time. The house is well-appointed with modern technology that made it very easy to settle in and relax. Of course the location and views of the ocean speak for themselves. The only minor issue was the upstairs air conditioner not working (it had apparently been damaged by a recent electrical storm) which made it hard to maintain cool temps upstairs without making the downstairs too cold. But it wasn't a big problem thankfully. Overall a great stay and we hope to come back in the future.

Excellent stay!

Excellent property and owners were great to work with. It’s very well equipped. It was a bit further walk to the beach than I was expecting; partly because the tide goes a long way, so low tide is good ways from the start of the beach. Panoramic views from the house and especially deck still feel like you’re right on the beach.

Our favorite property in Brigantine!

We’ve been coming to Brigantine for almost 20 years. This is our second stay at the Casino House and there will be more! Perfect location, wonderful space/layout, incredible views and Jen couldn’t be easier to work with!! What more could you ask for?

Wonderful beach views to go with a great house

We absolutely loved this house! The living area on the middle floor is spacious and the kitchen is big enough for 3 people to help with the cooking and was very well equipped. My husband loved the induction stove, remarking at how quickly it cooked compared to our ceramic top stove at home. The deck is pretty awesome (and I don’t use that word often) and we often ate outside at the large table on the deck. Ocean views were abundant, even standing at the sink afforded an ocean view. The owners are obviously well organized and thoughtful. There were plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon that we put to use every day. The beach is guarded and very, very wide.

Excellent family friendly location on the beach.

This home is well maintained and welcoming. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond to questions or issues. The views from this property are exceptional. A quick walk down the path to a clean, sandy, well kept beach. A great experience for three generations on our vacation.

Wonderful stay beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay here and would sincerely recommend it. Three stories of wrap around decks - overlooking the sunrise on the sea with coffee - stunning! The owners were very nice and informative with everything we needed. Modern and great technology in all rooms - you will not be disappointed - you will love this place. Thanks Thomas and Jen!
