The back side side of the 1st floor is an open floor plan that includes a dinning area 12ft kitchen island and modern appliances. The dining area can seat 6 people (expandable to 8 people if a few folding chairs are used). The Island includes seating for five people. The kitchen sits between the dining area and a sitting area. The sitting area has a smart TV. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower and laundry facilities on the 1st floor.

The 2nd floor which is open to the entrance way below includes a family room in the center. This family room includes a 55in TV and provides an open and friendly atmosphere to watch TV, read or enjoy each others company.
