The home's interior is aesthetically pleasing in muted colors and upscale furnishings. After a fun-filled day, there's plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing between three separate lounge areas. The main living room boasts a vaulted ceiling and a smart TV, while the adjacent sitting area has access to the lush green yard. The upstairs family room is outfitted with a plush sectional and another TV for streaming movies and TV shows using the high-speed Wifi.

All four rooms make for excellent sleeping options. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have access to a shared balcony, while the primary and fourth guest bedrooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
