Welcome to Unit 323
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3 on the 2nd floor.
This unit offers king size beds in both of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have been completely renovated with new paint, carpet, and furniture, including new mattresses! Each bedroom has a TV with cable.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Living area also has seating for 5 and has a dining table that seats 4. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.
Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! You can even open the windows for some fresh air! This balcony has seating for 6 people.

Public Golf Course - Two Outdoor Seasonal Pools - One Indoor Pool & Hot Tub - Fitness Facility - Game Room - Beach Access - Walking Trails - Multiple Dining Options (most restaurants are seasonal) - Mariners Marketplace offers Starbucks Coffee and Gifts - Playground - Tennis/Basketball/Volleyball/Pickleball Courts - Boat Rentals through Bridgewater Marina (must call them to rent) - Boat Ramp - Short Term Trailer Parking - Short Term Boat Slips (additional fees apply) and more!!! (Equipment is not provided when using amenities)
