This unit is decorated to the highest of standards with many fine details and upgrades. Boasting a king master suite and twin Bunk nook, this one-bedroom, two bath rental will accommodate four lucky beachgoers. Beach Resort Unit 203 overlooks the beautiful pool area. This area offers one of the few true resort style pools in Destin with a 4000 square foot bi-level pool that has zero entry, adult water bench area, kiddie play area with fountain, heated spa with surrounding sun decks and multiple gazebos. The pool area is filled with tropical plants, vast sunning decks with luxury loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas, grills, and a picnic eating area. An added bonus is that during winter months, renters can enjoy the heated pool, a rare commodity in this area.

All One Level: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Laundry.
