Relax on beautiful Lake Michigan - 5 minutes from town!

Cozy, clean cottage with room for 4-5 right on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located just five minutes outside of Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. One bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a queen sized futon in the living room. Smart TV, WiFi, washer, dryer, plenty of outdoor seating and a stocked kitchen.

Relaxing retreat

This cute cabin had everything you needed. The hot tub was clean and relaxing with a view of Lake Michigan. Private deck with a clean grill. Would love return! Thank you Jerry!

It was a cozy getaway. The location was excellent. Steps from beautiful lakeMichigan the view was incredible. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and fresh air. The outdoor patio area with the hot tub was an amazing place to take in the stars at night. The food was great next door. Jerry was an accommodating host making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

lovely little cottage! provides everything you need and more. The backyard is amazing but unfortunately it was a little too cold for us to enjoy it, but we still got use of the hot tub which was very nice! we definitely want to return

Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I stayed for a little kid-free get away. The location was perfect for us to be able to travel to town, other near by cities, and have dinner/drinks right next door! The hot tub was a main reason we chose this place and it was perfectly set up, with a nice privacy fence. We loved that a couple of games were also provided for us to enjoy as well!

Love this place!!!

It’s our third year staying at this location and we absolutely love this place! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better and there’s still so much more to do and see in this beautiful land we call God’s country.

Great place to stay

It was clean and had everything you could think of that you might need. Hot tub was great to relax in at the end of the day. Jerry was so nice and responsive pretty much immediately to all of my questions. We loved our stay!!

Lovely place to stay with Family

Our family had the best time celebrating our daughter’s birthday at Jerry’s place. What a view! It was a perfect stay. We had some delicious pizza and cheese curds from Breezy Point Bar next door. Best part was listening to music and relaxing in hot tub. My ten year old son cried happy tears, my daughter squealed with excitement when we arrived thanking me over and over for her birthday trip.

Perfect Little Gem - I Want it to Stay a Secret! ;)

This was the absolute perfect, private little cottage for me & my pup. I was worried it’d be noisy or feel busy being so close to the restaurant but if blindfolded, I would’ve never known it was there! Also loved that we felt we had the beach to ourselves too, with the restaurant set so far from it. Jerry has done a great job of setting up the accommodations to make the backyard feel super private too. Selfishly hoping it’s perfection stays a secret so I can always come back! 😁

Upper Peninsula Excursion

Enjoyable trip, centrally located Norway MI (hiking and rafting Piers Gorge) and Marquette (hiking Sugar Loaf Mountain and the quaint downtown). Also enjoyed Ludington Park disc golf and the hit tub on premises. Excellent all around

Clean and tidy!

Nicely stocked, clean place! Host easy to communicate with. The hot tub was amazing! Beach is shared with restaurant deck and not sandy but there are multiple options for a sandy beach within 5 minute drive! Overall a great place

Exactly as advertised.

Jerry went above and beyond to help with our vehicle issue. His Breezy Point Bar and Grill had excellent food and his staff were very friendly. With serious vehicle issue we were limited to using the facilities available but it was great walking our dog to the lake, playing corn hole and using the hot tub and eating at the restaurant. Would definitely do it again without the car issues.

A nice getaway with our dogs

My husband and I were looking for a nice getaway with our dogs. This property was like a dream come true. The house itself was fantastic. It was a cozy 1 bedroom nicely decorated and very clean. The deck was very relaxing. The best part for us was that it was on Lake Michigan. The view from the backyard was great. We had a nice private fenced in yard for our dogs, but outside of the fenced in area was extra special. Our dogs were in heaven, they loved the access to the lake and we had the whole afternoon for them to enjoy it. Jerry the owner was easy to communicate with. We already recommended this place to our friends and family and will be going back again ourselves. Thanks for the great stay!
