Spacieuse maison en bois rustique pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes à Adventure U. P. Profitez de la plage privée de Little Bay de Noc. Également un camping-car pop-up sur la plage avec lit queen et king pour une véritable expérience de porte. Assez isolé pour l'intimité, assez proche pour vérifier les points forts locaux. Venez découvrir tout ce que l'U.P a à offrir et plus encore!

Lorsque vous louez chez Adventures U. P, vous louez:
- LA CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE DE LA REINE Chambre privée avec placard et commode.
- LA CHAMBRE D'HÔTES - chambre privée de taille double avec placard, ventilateur de plafond et commode.
- LA SUITE DE NIVEAU INFÉRIEUR: sous-sol spacieux rénové privé de la taille d'une reine avec une salle de bain complète privée, un placard, une télévision, un fauteuil inclinable et un futon pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire.
- ENTIÈRE maison comprenant une cuisine complète, une salle de bain, une grande pièce avec foyer au gaz, un deuxième salon avec foyer au bois et une belle salle à manger spacieuse. Nouvelle terrasse pleine grandeur avec un patio blindé.

Notre maison est située sur 2 1/2 acres boisés et 165 pieds de façade sur le lac. Nous offrons un endroit unique pour rester un moment et se détendre, ou utiliser notre lieu comme base pour explorer tout ce que l'U.P.a à offrir. Camping privé rustique sur la plage également disponible. Connectez-vous au sauna de poêle à bois uniquement si vous avez reçu un tutoriel préalable (sauf si vous êtes un client expérimenté du sauna) Deux foyers de feu de camp, un à la maison et un sur la plage pour une soirée agréable et relaxante! Bois de chauffage inclus.

A faire chez nous: baignade, kayak, (kayaks disponibles sur demande. Nous avons un double et 2 simples) la navigation de plaisance et le vélo. En hiver, faites de la raquette, du ski de fond ou pêchez juste à côté de notre plage. Mais le mieux est de s'asseoir, de se détendre et de profiter des images et des sons de la nature.

INCLUS DANS CHAQUE RÉSERVATION:
- Deux salles de bain complètes
- Cuisine complète avec garde-manger, cuisinière électrique, réfrigérateur / congélateur complet (réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans le garage), micro-ondes, four grille-pain, micro-ondes, moulin à café et cafetière, ensemble de cuisine complet comprenant des plats, etc., et une multitude d'épices. Aussi grille-pain four et micro-ondes.
- Draps et serviettes propres
- Internet sans fil
- Machine à laver et sèche-linge
- 2 foyers (un à la maison et un sur la plage)
- Accès illimité à plus de 160 pieds de façade de plage de sable. La plage est située sur un beau sentier où il y a une terrasse, une table et des chaises ainsi qu'un foyer pour les feux de camp en soirée.
- Radeau de natation (chaussures d'eau nécessaires et nager à vos risques et périls. PAS DE SAUVEGARDE)
- Vous pourrez probablement voir une faune abondante, notamment des aigles, des hérons, des grues, des cerfs et plus encore. L'une de nos attractions préférées sont les nombreux colibris qui viennent à nos mangeoires!
- Zone d'écran sur le pont pour profiter du plein air lorsque les insectes sont éliminés.
- Sauna au bois disponible, veuillez demander des instructions.

Wonderful place to relax with family and friends

Monica and Morley have a beautiful home that they happily share. We stayed with our adult kids and their partners and kids and this home couldn't have been more perfect for us. Beautifully kept, welcoming and comfortable. Nice amenities and everything was perfectly thought out. The beach was perfect for the kids (12 and 6 years old). Very peaceful.

Property was excellent in so many ways: privacy, welcome gift basket, clean and very organized, comfortable and family centered decoration, abundant wildlife viewing, well maintained beach and footpath. The property was perfect for our stay. The guys went ice fishing and the gals stayed in the warm and cozy house. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the comfortable sitting areas. Monica was very welcoming and made herself available to us if we had issues, but nothing came up.

We were there for my wife's birthday, and from the moment we arrived we were in awe. The home and property were very clean and well maintained. You can tell that this place is loved by its owners. The amenities were top notch! The kids and ourselves made wonderful memories on this trip, thanks to our hosts and their lovely property we were lucky enough to experience. Already hoping and planning to go there again next year. My wife and i slept in the camper for two of the three nights and fell asleep and awoke to waves on the beach. Truly a trip to paradise and it didn't even require a 12 hour plane trip. I want to recommend this place ro everyone, but i also wish it were a secret so that we won't have a hard time getting a booking next time we want to go! Extremely satisfied!

Awesome Time at UP Adventure!

Our family’s stay was wonderful! The house is warm and cozy, perfect for a winter stay in the UP. We were greeted and welcomed by the owner, who showed us the ins and outs of the property and made us feel at home before leaving us to enjoy our stay. The location and setting of the property is perfect. Inside you will find everything you need to make your stay restful and relaxing, no detail was forgotten by the host. Make sure you play pizza, taco, goat, cheese. Best game ever.

Incredible House, Beach and Hosts!

We wanted a quiet place with a private beach for our large family to be able to have a relaxing vacation, we couldn't have been more lucky to find Adventure UP! The house was clean and every detail had been well thought out. Abundant seating inside and out. Campfire ring at the house and beach. Completely secluded beautiful beach with tons of sand and a great grass area. Tables in the shade for card games. I really can't say enough good things about this location and Monica and Morley have to be some of the best hosts in the rental world. Fast communication and met us for a complete tour of the property on our arrival. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to any one!

Great vacation for two families with little kids.

We had a great experience at this property. We had two families with a total of 6 little kids under age 8 and Monica and Morley had everything set up for us including a double cot in the den and a pack-n-play for the toddler. The private beach is great, a bit of a steep hike back but beautiful and relaxing. The kids loved playing in the sand and on the swim raft. The kayaks were great and in awesome condition. The fire pit at the beach made for a comfortable afternoon on a chillier day. There is ample fridge space with an extra fridge in the garage. We did easy day trips within a hour to Pictured Rocks, Fayette and Kitch-iti-kipi. We didn’t get to utilize the deck in the evening as much as we’d have liked to because previous renters had damaged the screened in tent and bugs get a little intense at night, which was disappointing. A few things would have made our stay a little bit easier, a dishwasher and more spare towels. Also removing breakable/choke-able decor when little kids are in the group. The owners have some cool decor and accessories that include animal skulls and rocks but we had to move them out of fear the kids would damage them or lose them. Overall it was a great UP retreat that was true to the UP lifestyle. Lots of wildlife, including a fawn we saw nightly. The house and surrounding property is beautiful.

Rural lovely cabin and gardens

Pulling up to the property after a long travel day was a pleasure. The deck, being located in the rear, private and large, was properly lit for intimate family conversation, or reading Pandora on your cell phone. Just the right ambiance. This cabin is an artists delight, comfortable, and with everything one could possibly require and more. The hummingbirds were mesmerizing, the gardens wonderfully kept and we were allowed to help ourselves to the veggie bounty. If there was another star, this host couple definitely earned it. I highly recommend this magnificent property for a family week filled with memories.

We had a Wonderful time!

We are a large family of 13, and when we were looking for a vacation house there were some things that were important to us. With having a walk through the woods to the lake I was concerned about wild animals and how thick of the woods it was. We were happy to know for as secluded as it seems there are neighbors and the walk down to the lake was safe and quite enjoyable. I was reassured we didn't have to worry about bears. We did spot some deer close by as well as bald eagles! Once at the lake it was a mother's dream! There was plenty of sand for the little ones to play in, a stream for them to walk in and the water stays shallow for a LONG way out. Plenty of chairs, a swing, a fire pit, and even a camper if someone wanted to camp out. We all thoroughly enjoyed it! The house has plenty of spots to sleep. Lots of blankets , sheets, pillows, and a pack n play. There's a secret spot for the children to play in. Coffee stations, three bathrooms two showers( but no bathtub), large area for coats and shoes. It was nice to be able to pick produce from the deck. The bugs weren't bad at all for us, but if they are, there's a zipped canapy tent with nice relaxing chairs. It was nice to meet the owners who care very much for their property and enjoy meeting new people. If we were to have any issues they were close by. Thanks for opening up your beautiful home for us to enjoy!

Fantastic experience!

Our group of 8 absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful property! The hosts have thought of everything to make the home and surroundings welcoming and relaxing. The house provided plenty of space for us to hang out/read/play games/cook, and the private beach was amazing with plenty of kayaks and water toys included. The hosts were friendly and gracious and provided a perfect quick tour of the property to make sure we knew our way around. We are already checking our calendars for our next trip!

Just like home

This vacation rental felt just like home. The owners met us at the property to show us around and teach us how everything works. Being someone who uses rentals regularly, this was such a nice touch and ensured we knew where everything was. They had the home set up for us ahead of time with beds/cots laid out for our kids and all ready to go. The beachfront property was the highlight of the trip. They had kayaks and life jackets for us to use, some sand toys, an amazing area for seating, etc. As a mom with small children, the water was perfect because it was a sandy bottom and you had to go pretty far out to get into deep water. That gave me a lot of peace of mind as my kids played. This rental has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I hope we get to go back and stay again sometime.

A Perfect Getaway

This log home and property was a perfect fit for our six night stay in the U.P. We had ten people in our group with ages ranging from 18 to 52. The home is spacious, yet cozy and has a great rustic feel but includes all the modern convinces one would want. We took several day trips but made sure to spend a couple of days just relaxing and and enjoying the property. It's located on the edge of a beautiful stand of trees and a short walk down to a private beach. We spent as much time as possible down by the water swimming, kayaking, watching sunsets, using the fire pit etc. The beach was the icing on the cake for us. The owners were wonderful people and very helpful.

Perfect Getaway

Adventure U.P. was exactly what our group was looking for! We’re 2 families with 3 year old boys who loved the being able to get away somewhere quiet for a few days. Surrounded by forest with a quick walk to a private lakefront with lots to do to keep the kids entertained and the adults relaxed. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect Summer Getaway

We came to enjoy a short family getaway. We were met onsite by the owners. The care they give this property is immediately apparent. Everything is absolutely lovely - the gardens, the rocks, the carefully groomed paths, the art, music and library. My husband especially appreciated the comfortable chair in the perfect spot to appreciate the immense CD collection with a good book in hand. The kids loved the lakeshore, camper and kayaks. The house and grounds are well kept and the beds are comfortable. The only bad thing about it was that our stay was too short! Thanks for the lovely respite. If it were my house I would never leave!

Our vacation at this property was one of the best we have had, and we definitely created awesome memories! Everything from booking to the checkout process was easy and well organized by the owner with check-in tips and suggestions!
