Fabulous Stay

Everything at the house was wonderful and exactly as listed. Very clean house with the cutest little arcade in the garage to entertain the kids. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. If returning to Mississippi would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property over the weekend! The place was exceptionally clean, quiet, and very pleasant. It had everything we needed and offered a comfortable environment for our family. We strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Beauty and Comfort

The Mitchell House was a beauty and very comfortable!!!! The stay was great, the neighbor was quiet, the house was miraculous and it was convenient from everything!!! If I had to do it again, I’d choose the Mitchell House again!!! The communication with the host was awesome! She was very quick to respond to my emails!!! This is a must stay!!! We'll definitely be looking to stay again, soon!!!! 😁😁😁

Amazing Property, Amazing Experience

Erica was one of the most hospitable people I have ever encountered. The checkin process was flawless. She emailed me before hand with directions for entry, which was very easy. The location was quiet, and the home was absolutely gorgeous. The cleaners came late the day of checkout, so she offered us a late checkout, without us even asking. Which is always nice. There was enough linen and towel sets for everyone in the house. Plus extra. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for everything. We had a blast!

Great House for a Family Getaway

This was a great house for our family getaway. It had everything we needed and more. My mom has a chronic illness so cleanliness is always a concern and this place was immaculate. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and get quick answers. We will definitely be coming back in the future!!

Perfect place for our stay

Erica is very welcoming. She responds to messages quickly & politely. She has provided a very comfortable & nice place for all to appreciate. The beds & pillows are super comfortable. The kitchen has all that you need for meals in... The living area is accommodating for visiting. Plus, the property is conveniently located, near I-10, restaurants & the beach. We were not visiting the area for the sights, casinos, or restaurants. However, it was the perfect place & stay for the circumstances. Erica made sure that we were comfortable & had all that she could provide.

My overall stay was great. I had one friend who likes things cooler than they were, but the temp was fine to me. would recommend this location. I did forget a shirt, but it was to late to turn around for it.

Great Vacation!

We had a great time here. Erica was very quick to reply to any questions and sent a list of things to do in the area which was super helpful. The house was beautiful and had enough amenities to make you feel at home, down to the spices. We used the coffee bar every morning we stayed, which was full with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and sheets were good quality. The towels were good quality, everything was beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying around the Ocean Springs/Biloxi area.

Ocean Springs for the 4th!

Beautiful home with open layout downstairs and well-equipped kitchen! The owner was extremely responsive. The beds were comfy and the master bath was great! Location was only a few minutes from I-10 and very close to Biloxi casinos and beaches! We would definitely choose this property again!

Luxury Stay.

This place was very clean and in very great shape just like the pictures. Everything was perfect , neat, and very clean. Property manager was the best I’ve worked with in awhile. She’s very nice and helpful.

Great stay!

The house was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location right near the interstate and a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs as well. We would definitely look at staying here again next time we are in town.

Was caught in a pinch and needed a place quick. After picking this into owner called and took care of our every need asap while she was on vacation. This is A+ service. The house was super nice and clean.
