This home has fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms ( King-loft, Queen, Queen, Queen size sleeper couch-living room). All bedrooms have new mattresses, 2 flat screen TV's (living room and family/game room), bright well equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, family/game room, enormous yard with BBQ grill & fire pit. Toss bean bags. Plenty of parking space.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the extra large deck. Explore nearby lakes, beaches, state parks, golf courses, skiing resorts, ATV/UTV trails.

Visit a Beach at Petenwell Lake, Castle Rock Lake, Friendship Lake, Arrowhead Lake and Sherwood Lake.

ATV/UTV roads to trails directly from the house.

At days end, enjoy quality time around the bonfire or a fireplace inside.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, hairdryer, 2 beach towels, beach blanket, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and 2 swimming noodles, 3 water guns. Paper towel, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, garbage bags, dish sponge, dish soap, regular soap, coffee/tea and coffee syrups. Salt & Paper and other spices.
Gas grill (propane provided). Fire pit -one bundle of wood for bonfire provided-you can get additional wood at the gas station. Three Duraflame logs for the inside fireplace provided for your stay. Please use only Duraflame logs for the inside fireplace.

No events/parties (there should be no more then 8 people at the property at any time)

NOTE: A fine will be strictly enforced for any indication of large parties or events on this property. Please adhere by our no events/parties policy to avoid additional fines.

Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located at each entrance door and garage.

There are no refunds for appliance failure (including air conditioning), utility failure, internet failure or circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

Please extinguish all camp fires after use. Thank you!

Mowing in summer-there is a mowing service throughout the summer, there is always a chance they will show up during your stay, and their services can take up to one hr.

Snow plowing-there is snow plowing services throughout the winter there is always a chance they will show up during your stay and they services can take up to one hr.

The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Children must be monitored.

Garage is not for guest use. 2 closets in the basement are private and not for guest use. Green gas stove in the loft area is not for guest use.

Please put garbage bins by the road on Thursdays for Friday garbage pick up. Thank you!

DEPARTURE: Check out 11:00am. Remove all trash and recyclables and place them in the correct bins outside.
If your departure is Thursday-pls place bins in the driveway by the road for Friday garbage pick up.
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. THANK YOU!
