Small, quite cabin that is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. About an hour or so north of Wassila and 30 minutes from Talkeetna is was a great spot to stop and sleep along our way to camping Denali.
It was a cute little cabin in a quiet area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. I didn't realize it didn't have power but didn't change my opinion of the it. I would definately stay there again.
I am a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised right here in the Willow area. I have worked in the mountains and with the Alaska plants and people throughout the state, my heart, my soul and life is here in this amazing State. I have opened my Homestead up to share through VRBO and other platforms so other people can experience the beauty that I have been blessed to have here in the northern Susitna area. Gardening harvesting wild plants observing the beautiful birds and just being here in nature is where I thrive. Itâs nature at its finest and this is why I share my place with you.
I chose this land to call home because of the peace I felt here. The beauty it offers in every season. Itâs close to the rivers for fishing and Talkeetna for night life full of amazing live music and food!
Our garden ,trails and creek running through the property with the beautiful birds and wildlife make a very unique experience. I have devoted the last 6 years to creating a space for my guests to reconnect to nature.. A very beautiful piece of Alaska
