Mis Rocas is a premier ocean-front estate located on Puerto Vallarta's exclusive south shore. The sprawling seaside private residence is literally anchored to the bedrock of Sierra Madres mountains and perched on the edges of PV's Bay of Banderas. We have a panoramic view PV Bay as well as Los Arcos Marine sanctuary and downtown PV. There are often whales, dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays swimming in front of the house and in the evening there is almost always a breathtaking sunset. The house boasts of 10 bedrooms, 13 baths, 12 terraces, 2 bar areas, heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, and ocean level covered pavilion. The main floor has 20 foot has vaulted ceilings, with 10’ sliding glass doors which allow you to bring in the fresh open air and sounds of the ocean waves. Mis Rocas has a fully stocked kitchen and is staffed by our international known chef. Our concierge Jorge, has worked in the hotel and restaurant business for over 25 years and can assist you with activities, additional services such as bands, mixologists, massage therapists, drivers etc.

Guest will have access to our elevator which makes the 5 floors of the house accessible for those with limited mobility.
