Summary:
Stay with us at this lovely apartment in up and coming historic Springfield. It is 2 blocks from Main St filled with restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, bakeries, and ice cream parlors!
Ask about renting out both apts (3200 sq ft - 8 BR/ 2BA / 6 beds) for larger parties.
The apt is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story duplex so ask that you be mindful of guests below you. This unit also requires the utilization of stairs to access the bedrooms so if you have limited mobility we recommend an alternative unit for your stay.
It also shares backyard and front poor with another unit.
The Space:
Guests have use of the full space - to include a fully appointed high end kitchen, 3 bedrooms (king, non-master bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen bed in a bedroom adjacent to the living room), living room, front porch, and backyard.
Laundry room in the back of this unit by the kitchen.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full 2nd story of the duplex.
Shared spaces include the backyard, 2nd floor front porch, and laundry room on the 2nd floor.
The Neighborhood:
Springfield is amazing! It is a diverse, vibrant, up and coming neighborhood located just north of Jacksonville's downtown.
You'll initially fall in love with the gorgeous late 19th/early 20th century houses and expansive parks but you'll want to stay for the amazing people. Join a First Friday party, Second Sunday celebration on Main St or in Klutho Park, or check out the monthly Main Street cruise, downtown's Art Walk, Porchfest, or one of the annual home tours.
Furthermore, check out some of the great new businesses that have opened on Main St!
Social Grounds Coffee, 1748 Bakehouse, Crispyâs Springfield Gallery, Springfield Scoops, Strings Sports Brewery, Main & Six Brewery, Hyperion Brewery, Wafaa & Mikeâs Mediterranean CafĂ©, Fred Cottenâs BBQ, and Uptown Kitchen are all fantastic local establishments that are a short walk from your home.
Getting Around:
Public transportation is minimal in Jacksonville in general. You are a few blocks north of the downtown bus terminal if you would like to use that.
There is also the Skyway if you would like to take a short trip around the urban core area.
Uber and Lyft both operate in Jacksonville so these are excellent resources if you don't feel like driving/don't have access to a car.

To help ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important information before booking:
Check-In & Identity Verification Policy
All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:
-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity
-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement
This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.
If you would like to review the rental agreement before booking, please feel free to contact us.
In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.
Guest Count & Occupancy Policy
Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:
-2 & 3 bedroom units: $35 per guest, per night after 4 or 6 guests, respectively
Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly property. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs, cats, or other animals may have stayed in the space previously.
Pet fees:
$30 per night, per pet
$150 per week, per pet
$300 per month, per pet
Pet fees are included in the accommodation rate as long as you choose the appropriate quantity of pets when completing a booking. We confirm this with all guests post booking confirmation.
Local Reservation Policy
Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy
Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. If approved, the following fees apply:
-Up to 1 hour: $150
-1â2 hours: $300
-2â3 hours: $450
-3+ hours: $600 or the cost of an additional night (whichever is greater)
Please do not assume availability without confirmation.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.
Special Request Policy
Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. Requests made closer to arrival will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.
