The Space:
This home is very open with lots of natural light. Large backyard on a lake with a picket fence. Enjoy coffee on the hammock in the morning or fire up the grill on the patio. This newly furnished three bedroom home has a split floor plan. The guest suite with the queen bed can be closed off to have a private bathroom. The King Bedroom and Guest room with a desk are located on the opposite side of the home sharing a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen includes Keurig Coffee Machine and cooking essentials for your use. This home also has a water softener system. Outdoor games such as corn hole and ring toss are ready to be enjoyed as well as puzzles, cards and Jenga inside. Come enjoy your home away from home!

Guest Access:
Washer/Dryer is located in the garage. No parking available in the garage. Propane grill is located on the backyard patio. There is a spare propane tank located in the garage if needed. If swapped, please let me know so I can be sure to make sure it is full for the next guest. Please enjoy the home!

The Neighborhood:
Tucked back off the main road provides a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It also makes getting to Tampa, Clearwater or St. Pete very easy as well as having the necessities of grocery stores and restaurants close by.

Getting Around:
Two parking spaces available in the driveway and one space for street parking directly out front. Parking is not available in the garage. Please do not block neighbors driveways. Park in the direction of traffic to avoid ticket.

Other Things to Note:
Easy Checkout process! Please just make sure the doors are locked behind you and you have all your belongings!
The Rules are in place for your safety as well as the homeowner. Communication is key!
At least one person renting must be 25 or older.
- NO SMOKING
- NO LOUD MUSIC IN THE BACK YARD
- NO PARTY
- No unreported visitors or unconfirmed guests without prior approval
- No gathering beyond the numbers of booked guests. Any unconfirmed guests showing up at the property will result in immediate CANCELLATION and termination of your stay, without a refund.


- Lawn maintenance is scheduled every Thursday morning around 8am. Trash days (Green Bin) are scheduled Mondays & Thursdays. Recycling is picked up Mondays (Blue Bin).
- I do not recommend swimming in the lake.
Please keep doors and windows closed if AC is on.

Interaction with Guests:
I like to give my guests space to enjoy their vacation, but I am always a phone call/text away. If you have any specific requests, please feel free to reach out. I always will try to accommodate as best as I can to make sure you have an amazing stay. This home is a self check-in, I will be sending the code to the Smart Lock the morning of your arrival.
