Surrounded by Bear Mountain Ski Resort and nestled in the pine trees, this home will WOW you and your guests with high-end decor and finishing's, and views of ski slopes that will have you returning for more and it SHARES A WALL WITH HIS TWIN, WHISPERING PINES LODGE!
Large 3-bedroom 3.5 bath home, appointed with wood floors, granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and wrapped in extra-large view decks to take in the mountain fresh air and inspiring views.
This cabin has an open floor plan that brings the chef's kitchen and cozy living room, gas fireplace, and 65-inch 4K smart TV together. The first floor provides the bunk room with two bunk beds (6 twin beds)!
While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.
* Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 12 people, 8 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.
* Parking Details:
Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)
* This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!
If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval:
There is a fine of $500 per pet.

* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!

Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.
Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
