This home sits on 1.5 acres of private land. It is surrounded by a lush green lawn in the summer or a snowy winter wonderland in the winter. We even have our own resident deer family (please do not attempt to touch or feed them) too!

The private home is situated in a quiet, family-friendly, neighborhood surrounded by tall pine trees and a LARGE surrounding yard. Location, location, location! The cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located close to historic downtown Kalispell. Enter into a relaxing living space with plenty of couch space & cable TV.

The main room features huge vaulted ceilings, a large wood-burning fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the beautiful views. The open floor plan leads you from the living space into the dining area comfortably seating 6 and a 3-person kitchen island. The roomy kitchen is highlighted by the gas range and oven, large refrigerator, and microwave.

This home is perfect for multiple families with kids or a fun friendly getaway. you will love being so close to Whitefish Ski Resort, Nordic Skiing, Sledding, Flathead Lake, Downtown Whitefish, Glacier National Park, and downtown Kalispell!

Heated garage with boot dryer - the perfect place to dry your gear after a fun day skiing and playing in the snow!

Parking - There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway (3 cars) and 1 space available for guests to park a car in the garage. Owners' car is stored in the other space in garage.

Self-Check-ins - With self-check-in you won’t need to interact with anyone face-to-face.

You have full access to home except for the owner's vacation unit downstairs. One parking space in the garage is for guests as well as the entire driveway, the owners of the home store a car in the other garage parking space. If owners are not using the guest suite below you can also rent the entire home.

We do not issue REFUNDS due to weather, air-quality (AQI), or driving conditions. Please purchase Trip Insurance that will cover such events. We like "Insure My Trip".

A place to work or have meetings - This is the perfect place to come and enjoy everything the area of Kalispell/Whitefish/Glacier Natl Park has to offer. Is your office closed? If you’re unable to go into the office, our home is equipped with high-speed WiFi and has plenty of room for you to work comfortably.

Central Location: Downtown Kalispell is walking distance, the ski resort is 23 miles, the town of Whitefish is 15 miles away, and Glacier National Park is 32 miles away.

Professionally cleaned - Our staff has been trained in proper disinfection techniques and will deep clean your home before and after your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements are: a king in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, and two extra-long twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the family room. Perfect for couples or medium-sized families. It's a quick walk to the historic downtown Kalispell, or a quick drive down to the Whitefish village, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Either way, you are only minutes from all that Flathead County has to offer! Great home for all

This home was a great place to stay while our rental opened up! The deer were a hit for all to watch! The home was clean and very inviting! The fire was a nice touch on a chilly evening.

Everything was seamless, from reservation to check-in & check-out. Property is clean & welcoming - very comfortable for our group of 6. Location is convenient to shopping & dining with a nice park clise by. Highlight of course was the deer in the yard every day. Would recommend!

The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a very nice piece of property which is conveniently located. We were greeted by deer on a daily basis.

Excellent House in Great Location

This house was perfect for our needs. It was exactly as advertised. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was right near town, but you still get to see deer in your front yard every day (well, we did anyway). I would easily stay here again. It felt to me that the owners take pride in their home and we felt welcomed.

Comfortable vacation home

The five adults had plenty of room and everything was clean and as expected. There were 3-4 deer hanging out in our front yard each of the 3 days. Kinda cool. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Located 45 min from Glacier National Park and close to all shopping for groceries. I would recommend this stay.

Beautiful Home

We loved the home in Kalispell. It was tastefully decorated, immaculate and had all of the amenities we could want. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances/dishes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The 10+ deer hanging around the yard were a definite bonus!!!! Thanks for everything.

Nice quiet stay

End of cul-de-sac tranquility. The home was very clean, all appliances worked as they should, good water pressure, and responsive host. Close to downtown and accessible from anywhere in the Flathead in less than 25 minutes. We especially enjoyed the deer that we saw daily. At one point there were 11 deer in our front/side yard.

Pleasant stay in Kalispell MT near Glacier National Park

We had a wonderful, relaxing, and quiet stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and easy to relax in. Our favorite part of the house was the large wooden kitchen table where we ate, drank, and had wonderful conversations. The bedrooms were clean and inviting with comfortable beds throughout. Two bedrooms with large beds and the third BR with two twin beds. Everyone slept well! Plenty of fans were available for those who needed them. Bring your own soap/shampoo. The house is on a quiet street with easy walking to nearby Woodland Park and about a mile to Main St in Kalispell with its shopping and restaurant options. There is convenient car access to the rest of the Flathead Valley. It is an easy 25 minute drive to Whitefish and about a 50 minute drive to the west entrance to Glacier NP. Melissa was easy to contact and very responsive with questions or concerns. She provided an expansive email with local information and travel/vacation suggestions. We truly had a wonderful time here and we will return as we have children living in the area.

Property with potential - significant issues with bathrooms and water quality

Stayed at this home in Kalispell for 4 nights. Property with great potential but some issues 1. Layout is good, kitchen is updated, house is spacious, beds comfy, good Wi-Fi but neighborhood is not quite as advertised. 2. Huge but largely unusable backyard. Lovely viewings of a deer family 3. No AC in the house - fans were provided but inadequate: 4. No support at check-in. Important basic questions around water for example were not answered till the next day. After that, the rental agency was responsive to emails 5. Huge problem with the water. Highly metallic taste and smell that made 5 out of 6 family members feel nauseous. The smell was super strong both in the kitchen and showers. The toilets and sinks were stained a bright orange by the end of our stay. We were told the color was due to high iron content after repeated asking and finally a handy man was sent out to take care of the problem. Maybe the problem began to resolve a little by the time we checked out but it was really hard to say. If you are sensitive to a highly metallic taste/smell in your water, it can be difficult to spend multiple days in the house. We couldn’t really use the water for cooking - it stained rice and made it brownish black. When we boiled the water to boil eggs, it turned a bright orange. We used bottled water for everything. 6. Master toilet is a huge challenge - flushes very poorly 7. Cleaning bare minimum upon check in Great potential home but needs better maintenance
