Newly renovated and beautifully customized from top to bottom, this elegant, two-bedroom condo is full of modern luxury and the spirit of Old Hawaii - all in the very heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort.
This stunning resort sits less than a mile from 'Anaeho'omalu Beach (A-Beach), with lush, landscaped grounds that include koi ponds, waterfalls, a tiled pool and hot tub, two refinished tennis courts, a fitness center, and several gas grills. When you head out to the beach, there are two umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels to bring with you.
This second-floor condo was taken down to the studs for a complete remodel in 2021. Today, its 2,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space include new tile and fixtures, elevator access, new mahogany trim, custom coconut-husk paneling in the living room and kitchen, custom wave paneling in the bedrooms, and new furnishings by Tommy Bahama Home throughout. The kitchen boasts all-new appliances, a deep copper sink, and both carafe and Keurig coffee makers. There's a breakfast bar for four, a circular dining table for six, and an expansive lanai where you can enjoy breakfast and the soft sounds of the running stream below.
Additional amenities include a primary bedroom suite with a spa-like private bathroom, a guest room with direct access to the lanai, flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a new stacked washer/dryer, and central air conditioning throughout.
