**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and more. Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, along with golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of what The Shores Resort has to offer. The Desert Color community also hosts fun activities throughout the year—such as rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Events rotate seasonally, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar during your stay.
