Summer Weekends Available - Waterfront Five Bedroom Home, View, Dock, Fish, Swim
This 5 bed, 3 bath home is right on the water of the Lake of the Ozarks! The dock is in a calm cove, perfect for swimming off the platform! The dock also includes a 2 boat slips with lifts and two jet ski slips with lifts. There is a screened in deck as well as an un-screened BBQ area. There is a walkout patio on the lower level with Picnic Table. Enjoy the beautiful evenings by the fire pit after a day out on the lake. There is Central AC to ensure a comfortable temperature inside the home. This house is on MM 4 of the Osage arm of Lake of the Ozarks close to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment options.
Main Level- You will find a nice open floor plan with a large living room area. The kitchen and dining are are at one end with the master bedroom at the opposite side. The nice screened in patio is off the living room and a smaller patio is off the dining area. Both sliding glass doors offer great lake views.
The master is a nice size with flat screen TV and bathroom. Bathroom features newer walk-in shower and is also accessible to the kitchen area. The 2 car garage has an entry into the kitchen as well.
The Upper Level has 2 bedrooms. One is a King with a Flat screen and the other room has a Double Bed. The bathroom for those two rooms is located right in the middle with doors on each side.
The Lower Level is very large with 2 more bedrooms. There is a double bed in one room and 2 twins in the other. There is a nice bathroom on that level for those 2 room and the big family room. This is walkout level and has a King Sleeper Sofa another sofa and a Flat screen TV. There is also another refrigerator down there for easily storing all the boat and dock beverages. Washer and Dryer are very handy for drying your beach towels. We do not supply those so be sure to bring your favorites along.
This home is on one of the BEST Coves at the Lake! Everything is close by.
We are anxious to have some of our first guests stay at Hollyhock Harbor and look forward to some great reviews!
