The Pinewood Cottage is a super cozy and peaceful home in Inlet Beach. The open concept kitchen has high ceilings finished with beautiful native pine. The kitchen flows into the spacious living room, which is perfect for movie or game night. Enjoy its convenient location close to iconic 30a, the lovely Inlet Beach public beach access, Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell, and the restaurant and shops of 30Avenue.
This home truly is a gem that is close to everything, but away from it all!

Amazing place!

This cottage was the perfect place for a family of four getaway. It was close to absolutely everything in Rosemary Beach. We had a great stay here and will definitely be back in the future!

Very nice cozy house

We stayed here in July 2023. The house is very nice, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. There is a poodle next door that comes to visit to make sure everyone is ok. The basketball hoop in the front was great for kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for kids. I suggest getting a couple of cases/jugs of water as there is no filter in the fridge. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The house is a short drive to inlet beach access. You can walk it but it’ll take some time and you’ll have to cross a busy road. Get to the beach early as the parking fills up VERY quickly after 10-11am. Good luck finding a spot after that. The house is away from all the commotion of seacrest and Rosemary but those places are easily accessible via a short drive. We liked it and will likely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very close to beach public access and it was a nice neighborhood to take evening walks with the family. The cottage had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay!

2023 beach vacation

The property is just as described. Short drive to beach. Nice living room and kitchen. They had 3 bikes, available, beach chairs and umbrella and extra boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall happy with our stay

The house was nicely decorated, spacious & had quality linens/towels. The host was responsive to our needs, cordial in all communication & gave us some much appreciated tips for our beach trip. We had a couple of issues at the house upon arrival that were quickly addressed. The location of the house was great for us. It was just a short drive to Inlet Beach & 30A. The only shortcoming for us was not being fully aware in advance of the list of items we would need to provide for ourselves to make our 5 day trip comfortable (trash bags, laundry supplies, dish washer soap, liquid hand soap, paper towels, k cups & toilet paper). It would have been helpful to receive a welcome letter letting us know to pack these items rather than have to add them to our shopping list for our 5 day stay. To be fair, the host does provide a small starter pack that includes 1 roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper for each restroom, but given that tp is listed as an amenity for the property I failed to add it to our shopping list which meant another unexpected trip to the store. We’ve stayed in over 30 guest homes and providing our own toilet paper was a first for us. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again, but we would definitely be more prepared next time!

Moms weekend

Great Cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was perfect for our group! It is located in a peaceful neighborhood but close enough to beach access and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the large porch. The teenage boys loved the basketball hoop. The owner was very accommodating and provided us beach chairs and an umbrella which was very much appreciated. Bikes are available too. Neighbors were all super friendly too.

Awesome Cottage

Pinewood Cottage was a perfect getaway for my husband, me, and our adult daughter. The house is decorated exactly as advertised, is super clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood with a quick drive to beach access. The owner was extremely helpful, kind and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again – this cottage is a gem!

Wonderful place to stay

The property is just as shown in the pictures, and is a straight shot to the beach. Super clean, and we had everything we needed in the house. The owner was very kind and responded in a timely manner! The door was a bit hard to open, you just have to push down hard on the handle lever after unlocking it to open it. 10/10 would recommend

Escape to Inlet Beach

We loved our stay here in Inlet Beach! Quiet location that's a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and scenes of Rosemary Beach. Even shorter bike ride or quick drive to Inlet Beach access which we found to be beautiful and less crowded than other areas. The cottage was clean, well appointed, and the nice kitchen allowed us to fit in some low key home meals between beach visits and other excursions. Recommend fitting in a visit to Camp Helen State Park which is a nearby hidden gem.

Perfect beach getaway

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved how close we were to many beaches but felt like we had our own hideaway at night. The communication with the owner was incredible. The house was beautiful and just what we needed.

Loved the Pinewood Cottage

We had a great time at the Pinewood Cottage. The location was perfect. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. Will stay here again in the future if our travels bring us back to Panama City Beach.

Would totally stay here again!! Loved the location 
 so close to Rosemary and Inlet Beach Public Access. Bare bones in terms of towels and soap, etc so be sure to bring your own!! Thanks for a great stay!!
