Bienvenue sur Inlet Sands, un condominium studio, situé dans Inlet Beach au Inlet Sands Condominiums, avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique et donnant sur la piscine. Cette unité peut accueillir confortablement 4.
Ce deuxiÚme étage, plein studio offre un lit queen Murphy, lits superposés et un balcon privé donnant sur la piscine.
Lits jumeaux superposés sont confortablement situés et construits dans le couloir. La reine taille lit Murphy se range commodément loin dans le spacieux salon / salle à manger.
Il y a une grande cuisine avec mises Ă  jour des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz.
Les infrastructures complexes incluent l'accĂšs Ă  la plage Ă  seulement 500 pieds du complexe, une piscine, un gazebo et une laverie.
Ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour un voyage en couple ou simplement obtenir loin de tout.

Everything you need close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again love it. Very close to the beach and close to Rosemary beach 20 minute walk no driving needed if you won't exercise.

Great location and comfort

The property is in superb condition, and it’s equipped with everything a family may need for a vacation. The location is fantastic since its only a short walk to the beach. Very often we walked back and forward to get stuff we needed for our day at the beach. Convenience stores and restaurants are only a short drive away.

We enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach, which is about a 5-minute walk from the condo. The only drawback was the person upstairs would pace back and forth often, which we could hear while trying to sleep.

Great location! Cute place!

This property was a close walk to the beach and updated nicely! It has a Murphy bed that helps with using the most of the space. We had 4 adults in our group, so it was a little tight. It would be perfect for a family with small children. The bunks are best for kids so it was a little close for adults. It was a little warm, but owners supplied extra fans to use and each area has a ceiling fan. During our stay, the shared laundry area had a broken washer, so we were not able to wash towels. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome location

Location A+ The suite was hard to cool especially after showers. If it had been in the summer heat it would not have been good. You have to go through a 3rd party Paradise people and they don't communicate well. They reps didn't know vendors to give us answers they had to rely on some one else. The reps also gave me wrong information on chair rentals which left us not having chairs the first day. They would not accommodate even though it was their fault.

Disappointing Stay

Unfortunately, we found the place disappointing. There were several maintenance issues to which management company was very slow to respond or responded with "this is best we can do". For example, dishwasher had a broken part so that only the bottom rack worked; bathroom shower leaked badly to which management originally said "just try to close it all the way". It took them two days to send a competent repair person. If you have Verizon, there is no reception in and around the condo. On top of that, WIFI did not work at all during our stay. Management responded that it's provider/network capacity issue and they can not help with it. Old, scratched up pots and pans. Generally, the place needs major upkeep and lacks any sort of hospitality. It is not worth the price.

Nice, small, family oriented property. The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was that since it has a wall unit and no central a/c, the bathroom was HOT all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise30A. The studio was extremely clean, very charming and the kitchen was very well equipped. They provided enough pillows and covers for everyone. The best part is how close it is to the beach. The pool was a very good size and was kept clean. We felt save in the neighborhood. There are shops within walking and baking distance, and also Helen State Park is very close. We definitely recommend this studio, and definitely would come back.
